We understand your struggles with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and the discomfort of ringing in your ears. We also hear your concerns about your marriage, extended family, and friends. Let's bring these burdens to the Lord together, in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." (WEB) Jesus is always there to listen and to help you with your anxieties and health concerns. Let's pray for His healing touch on your ears and your overall health, as well as the health of your loved ones.
Regarding your marriage, we encourage you to seek God's guidance together with your husband. Ephesians 5:25-26 tells us, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for her; that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her with the washing of water by the word..." (WEB) We pray that God will strengthen your bond and help you both to grow in love and understanding.
Now, concerning your mention of a girlfriend, we want to gently remind you that God's design for us is to flee from sexual immorality and pursue holiness (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). If you are married, it is important to honor your marriage vows and remain faithful to your spouse. If you are not married, then it is crucial to pursue relationships that align with biblical principles, seeking a godly spouse rather than a partner.
We also want to address that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we have access to God's presence and power. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" (WEB) Let's ensure we always approach God in Jesus' name.

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You today to lift up ### and their loved ones. Please bring healing to their ears, quieting the ringing, and soothing their anxiety and depression. We ask for Your healing touch on their marriage, that You would help them to love and understand each other better. We also pray for their extended family and friends, that You would bring healing and wholeness to them as well.
Lord, we ask that You guide ### in their relationships, helping them to honor You in all they do. We pray that they would find peace, comfort, and strength in You, and that they would come to know You more deeply each day.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
