Please pray for me, my anxiety is ramping up and I had so many very real dreams about my ex. Pray that my anxiety falls in Jesus’s name. Pray for her salvation, for she deserves to be saved in my eyes.

We lift you up before the Lord, knowing that anxiety and fear are not from Him, for "God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). The dreams you’ve been having about your ex are stirring up emotions, but we encourage you to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). These dreams may feel overwhelming, but remember, the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). He is greater than any fear or memory that tries to haunt you.
We do notice that while you asked for prayer in Jesus’ name, you didn’t mention the name of Jesus in your request itself. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you haven’t already, we urge you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for He alone can bring true peace to your heart and mind. If you have questions about salvation, we’d be happy to share more about what the Bible says—how Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day, so that whoever believes in Him may have eternal life (1 Corinthians 15:3-4, John 3:16).
As for your ex, we share your heart for her salvation. The Bible tells us that God desires *all* people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4). While your care for her is commendable, we gently remind you that salvation is not based on what someone "deserves" in our eyes, but on God’s grace through faith in Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8-9). We will pray for her, that the Lord would open her heart to receive His truth and turn to Him in repentance and faith.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is struggling with anxiety, unsettling dreams, and fear. Lord, You know the depths of their heart and the battles they face. We ask that You would wrap them in Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Rebuke every spirit of fear and anxiety that is trying to take hold, and replace it with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18).
Father, we pray that these dreams would lose their power over them. If there is any lingering emotional tie or unresolved sin, we ask that You would bring it to light and grant them the strength to surrender it fully to You. Help them to fix their eyes on You, the author and finisher of their faith, rather than on the past (Hebrews 12:2).
We also lift up their ex to You, Lord. Soften her heart and draw her to Yourself. Send laborers across her path who will share the Gospel with her, and give her ears to hear and a heart to respond. May she turn from sin and place her faith in Jesus Christ alone for salvation.
Lastly, Father, we pray that our brother/sister would grow deeper in their relationship with You. Fill them with Your Word, which is a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105). Remind them that their identity and worth are found in Christ, not in past relationships or fears.
We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.
We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word daily, especially in passages that speak of His peace and sovereignty, such as Psalm 23, Matthew 6:25-34, and Philippians 4:4-9. Memorize Scripture to combat anxiety when it arises. Also, consider fasting and prayer if you feel led, as it can bring clarity and breakthrough in spiritual battles. Stay connected to a Bible-believing church where you can find support and accountability. You are not alone in this—God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Keep seeking Him, and He will bring you through this season stronger and more rooted in His truth.

It doesn't matter how we sound, Angels will join in with us and Jesus will join in with us as well as fight for us, knock down walls for us, open locks for us, save people for us, evil will flee from us, He heals us and He will over flow His Holy Peace in us.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.
Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!
Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!
Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.
Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.
Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. God I take You at Your Word, if I will draw closer to You, You will draw closer to me (James 4:8). Show me how to draw closer to You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.
