ANSWER ME QUICKLY, LORD!
Answer me quickly, O Lord; my spirit fails. Do not hide your face from me or I will be like those who go down to the pit. Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul. Psalm 143:7-8
Is that your heart's cry today? Have you been waiting and needing an answer from the Lord very soon? Have you read Psalm 143 recently? Read it tonight as part of your devotions, as this Psalm has ministered to me. Do you need to hear from the Lord regarding many situations that you are facing?
“Lord, answer me quickly, O Lord, my spirit fails. Lord, open my spiritual ears, spiritual eyes and heart to hear what You are saying to my heart! I want to hear Your voice speak to me! Lord, speak loudly so I can hear You! I pray in the Name of Jesus. Amen.â€
Do you feel overwhelmed by your present circumstances? May I suggest you pray these scriptures as a prayer for a few days. Do you need to feel God's unfailing love? He is right there beside you, waiting for you to call on Him.
Do you totally trust in Him, in His plan, and in His will for your marriage? Are you seeking and crying out to the Lord for His relief, His rescue and His answers to your marriage problems?
O Lord, hear my prayer, listen to my cry for mercy; in your faithfulness and righteousness come to my relief....The enemy pursues me, he crushes me to the ground; he makes me dwell in darkness like those long dead. So my spirit grows faint within me; my heart within me is dismayed. Psalm 143:1, 3-4
Do you believe your Lord God hears and will answer your prayers? I hope so! Allow the Lord to rescue you from your circumstances. Do you need faith, hope, and direction today? Cry out to your Lord for mercy, for His faithfulness and become rooted in His righteousness. He is the only One who can help you, protect you, and guide your every step. He is the only One who can heal your marriage and change your circumstances. Remember, He knows everything about your circumstances including everything on the other side of your mountain. He is omnipotent and omniscient God.
O Lord, I call to you; come quickly to me. Hear my voice when I call to you. May my prayer be set before you like incense; may the lifting up of my hands be like the evening sacrifice. Set a guard over my mouth, O Lord; keep watch over the door of my lips. Let not my heart be drawn to what is evil, to take part in wicked deeds with men who are evildoers. Psalm 141:1-4
Are you starting every day with speaking to the Lord, praising and worshiping Him as you put on the Armor of God and the Hedge of Protection around you and your family? Be sure to start the day by reading a devotional and know that your Lord is with you in spite of all that you are facing due to your marriage problems.
Will you pray in agreement for all marriages around the world to be revived and strengthened before they ever get to separation or divorce? I pray that you are praying for your brothers and sisters who are standers in the Lord who are standing firm in the Lord for their strength, endurance, faith, and tenacity to wait for marriage restoration and praying for the Lord to “Answer me quickly, O Lord."

Will you allow your Lord to be your Advocate, your Defender, your Protector, and your Provider? Allow Him to help meet all your daily needs. Ask the Lord what you should do about every situation and see how He answers you by showing and teaching you His will and His way. I pray that this Psalm will minister faith and hope that your Lord God will lift you up and above your circumstances. Pray these words as a prayer this week.“O Lord, hear my prayer...Answer me quickly, O Lord; my spirit fails.†Psalm 143:1, 7
May you remember that your Lord God will rescue you and your spouse, preserving your marriage in His perfect timing. May you never forget that your Lord can break the strongholds of any sin that is over you and your spouse. God will remove your enemies to be no more. Nothing is too hard for your Lord God.
For your name's sake, O Lord, preserve my life; in your righteousness, bring me out of trouble. In your unfailing love, silence my enemies; destroy all my foes, for I am your servant. Psalm 143:11-12
In the Old Testament, we read about the many enemies and battles, but the Lord defeated the enemies. Your battle of marriage problems is in the Lord's mighty Hands. When you are weary, your strength is gone, with no hope or any endurance, trust in your Lord's mighty power to rescue you, your spouse and children. Today, ask the Lord to touch and change your heart, your spouse's heart, and allow Him to revive and rebuild your marriage by bringing glory and honor to His Name. Never doubt the power of prayer in the mighty Name of Jesus. Will you believe for your marriage to be resurrected from the dead?
May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed. We will shout for joy when you are victorious and will lift up our banners in the name of our God. May the Lord grant all your requests. Now I know that the Lord saves his anointed; he answers him from his holy heaven with the saving power of his right hand. Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God. They are brought to their knees and fall, but we rise up and stand firm. O Lord, save the king! Answer us when we call! Psalm 20:4-9
