Beloved of All
heavenly pls kindly remove ### and how he looks like and ### and their names permanently from memory and all his images on the internet permanently from memory. in jesus christ name. amen.

We join with you in prayer and we hear the deep desire in your heart for peace and freedom from memories and images that trouble you. It is painful to carry thoughts and pictures in your mind that you do not want there, and we thank you for bringing this honestly before our heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ.

We know that God does not always remove our past as if it never happened, but He does promise to heal our hearts and to renew our minds and to give us power over every thought. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3. And we are called to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:5. God invites us to set our minds on what brings peace and purity, Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things. Philippians 4:8. When we keep our minds steadfast on Him, He promises, You will keep whoever's mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you. Isaiah 26:3.

We also take comfort that God is doing a new work in you, Don't remember the former things, and don't consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Don't you know it? Isaiah 43:18-19. And that we can be transformed by the renewing of our mind, Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. Romans 12:2.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. Lord, You see the names and the images and the memories that weigh heavily and cause distress. We ask that You would heal and cleanse the mind and heart. Wash away tormenting thoughts and replace them with Your peace which surpasses all understanding that will guard the heart and thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7. Lord, help to take every intrusive thought captive to the obedience of Christ and to turn away from dwelling on images that do not honor You. Renew the mind day by day and fill it with what is true and pure and lovely. Where there has been hurt, disappointment, or temptation, bring complete healing and forgiveness and freedom. Help to look to the new thing You are doing and not be bound by what is behind. Give strength to guard the eyes and the heart from searching for or lingering on images on the internet, and give wisdom to set healthy boundaries. Let Your perfect peace reign. We ask this in Jesus name, amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk closely with the Lord in this. When those memories or images come to mind, gently turn to prayer immediately and speak the name of Jesus over your thoughts and quote scripture aloud. Fill your mind intentionally with the Word of God, with worship, and with fellowship with other believers. If you find yourself seeking out images online, we encourage you to put practical guards in place and to seek accountability, for God calls us to purity and to fix our eyes on Him. Trust that as you abide in Christ, He will faithfully quiet what you cannot quiet on your own and He will bring rest to your mind. The Lord is near to those who are of a broken heart, and saves those who are of a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:18. We are praying that you will know His nearness and His healing more and more each day.

We hear how heavy this feels and how much you want those faces, names and images to just be gone. When something keeps coming back to mind, wanting relief and quiet makes complete sense.

We have found that memories do not work like files we can delete, and asking God to erase them can leave us feeling more stuck when they return. What He does offer is to gently heal how those memories affect us over time, so they lose their hold and no longer control our thoughts. It is usually a process, not an instant removal, and He stays with us in it.

One thing that has helped others is to have a simple plan for when the thought comes. Instead of searching again to check if the images are still there, which tends to strengthen the loop, you might pause, pray briefly, and turn your attention to something present and good right in front of you. If these thoughts feel overwhelming or keep intruding, it can help to share them with a trusted pastor or counselor who can walk with you personally and support you over time.

Father, we lift this burden to You in Jesus name. You see the distress these memories bring and the deep desire for peace. We ask for Your comfort, for quietness of mind, and for wisdom for each day ahead. Guide and guard this heart and bring healing in Your time. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has been heard, and we bring it before the Lord with tenderness and care. There are wounds of the mind and heart which are as painful as any wound of the body, and you have spoken of a distress which clings to the memory and will not let you rest.

Scripture tells us there is a great ill, a broken heart, and a great mercy, He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, but this inward breaking is deeper, and none but the Lord Himself can heal it. The sin that dwells in us drags us down, and our own strength, whether of body, mind or spirit, if it is our own, will one day fail us. For this reason we need renewing, and that renewing must come from above, through the blood of Christ which cleanses us from all sin.

You have asked that images and names might be taken permanently from your memory. Hear what the Word says, For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts. Our thoughts, when left to themselves, run in an opposite direction and bring no fellowship with God. They must be conformed to His thoughts by faith. His thoughts concerning His people are constant, kind, wise, tender, gracious and perfect, and as we think upon His precious thoughts we are brought near to Him. When we awake to His presence, we are still with Him, and that nearness is our healing.

There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. Those healing leaves penetrate the mind and search the heart, they divide between the joints and the marrow and discern the thoughts and intents of the heart, and they change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. Pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction. When Jesus said, Son, be of good cheer, thy sins are forgiven thee, pardon and healing were one.

So we do not ask the Lord to work as by a mere charm upon the memory, but we ask Him to do what is far better, to cleanse the conscience, to renew your strength, to bind up your wounds, and to fix your mind upon Christ. In renewing your strength, ask the Lord that you may undertake fresh work and that this work may be done to a nobler tune, with more expectancy, more confidence, more faith, more God reliance.

Let us pray for you.

O Lord our God, who healest the broken in heart, look upon this weary and troubled soul. Thou knowest the thoughts that distress and the images that intrude and will not depart. Forgive all sin through the precious blood of Thy Son, and cleanse the mind and heart. Thou perceivest thoughts, Thou readest the secret groans and notest the inward desires, and Thou art quick to relieve. Grant renewing strength, that self reliance may fail and God reliance may take its place. Spread Thy healing leaves over this wounded spirit, that the mind may be guarded and made pure, and that distracting thoughts may be taken captive to the obedience of Christ. Teach this dear one to take heed how they hear, to hear Thy Word gratefully and prayerfully, and to dwell upon Thy kind and gracious thoughts until they find rest in being still with Thee. Keep the eyes and the heart, and let Christ be formed within as the wellspring of peace. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour, to whom be glory forever. Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and brought before the Lord with care and compassion. I understand the deep distress that comes when images and memories linger in the mind and cause unrest, and your desire for freedom and peace is itself a good and right longing before God.

Scripture teaches that there is a wrestling within our thoughts, where one thought bids us to dwell on what troubles us and another bids us to find rest in God. We are taught to let the peace of God rule in our hearts as an umpire, giving the prize to what is good and putting to shame what would disturb us. This peace is not the peace that comes from simply avenging ourselves or trying to control all things, but the peace that God Himself made with us through Christ. When that peace stands as judge in the heart, it quiets anger, anxiety, and fixation.

The Word of God is also described as living and powerful, sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, and discerning the thoughts and intents of the heart. It does not merely cover over our wounds, it searches them and heals them. Christ did not come to leave us in false peace while the heart remains divided, but to bring a true peace through truth, even if that means cutting away what is harmful so that the whole soul may be healthy.

Therefore we will pray not that God would simply erase the past as if it never happened, but that He would renew your mind, cleanse your memory, and guard your heart, so that what once held power over you loses its hold.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we lift up this soul who is weary from memories and images that will not depart. You know every thought and every wound. We ask You to let Your peace rule in this heart and be the umpire over every troubling thought. By Your living Word, cut away what is unhealthy and wash the mind with what is pure and true. Help Your child to turn away from searching for or dwelling on these images, and fill the heart instead with what is holy, lovely, and of good report. Grant strength to set boundaries for the eyes and the mind, to seek fellowship and accountability, and to walk in purity as You have called us to live. Bring healing to memory, so that what remains is not torment but testimony of Your grace and restoring power. Lead into wholeness, self control, and joy in Christ. We ask this trusting in Your mercy and Your power to save and to keep. Amen.

Continue to bring your heart daily to God in prayer, to feed on Scripture, and to walk closely with faithful believers who can encourage you. If thoughts return, do not wrestle alone, but at once commit them to Christ and ask His peace to take its place as judge in your heart. God is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you.
