We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up the deep spiritual concerns you’ve shared. The Bible assures us that "the name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to him and are safe" (Proverbs 18:10). We stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already triumphed over all powers of darkness. The enemy has no claim over those who are in Christ, for "He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4). We rebuke every spirit of demonization, evil influence, or curse in the mighty name of Jesus. The blood of Christ has broken every chain, and we declare your freedom in Him.
We also lift up the drivers and loved ones you’ve mentioned, praying for their salvation. Scripture tells us, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16). Salvation is found in no one else but Jesus, for "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). We pray that their hearts would be softened to receive the truth of the Gospel, that they would repent and turn to Christ, and that the Holy Spirit would draw them into a saving relationship with Him.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the victory we have in Your Son, Jesus Christ. We stand against every work of darkness that seeks to oppress or harm Your children. In the name of Jesus, we break every chain of demonization, every curse, and every evil influence. We declare that ### is covered by the blood of Jesus and sealed by Your Holy Spirit. Lord, we ask that You would send Your angels to encamp around them for protection and deliverance.
Father, we also lift up the drivers and the people in their lives who do not yet know You. We ask that You would open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel. Soften their hearts to receive Your Word, and let them experience the conviction of the Holy Spirit. May they come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, turning away from sin and embracing the new life You offer. We pray that they would be saved, not by their own works, but by faith in Christ alone.
We trust in Your promise that "if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). Thank You, Lord, for Your mercy and grace. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear one. You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Continue to stand firm in your faith, resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Walk in the freedom Christ has already won for you, and trust that He is at work in the lives of those you are praying for. Keep pressing into God’s Word and His presence, for "the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4). You are victorious in Christ!
