The vague references to "a thing" and "something else" from memory leave us unsure how to intercede effectively. Scripture tells us, *"Let your requests be made known to God"* (Philippians 4:6 WEB), and we encourage this sister to bring her struggles into the light with honesty before the Lord, for *"the truth will make you free"* (John 8:32 WEB).
We pray now for her workplace, asking the Lord to surround her with favor and wisdom. Father, we ask that You would strengthen her in her role, granting her diligence, integrity, and peace. Let her be a light in that place, reflecting Your love and truth to those around her. We declare over her colleagues that Your Spirit would draw them to salvation, softening hearts to receive the gospel. *"For the word of the cross is foolishness to those who are dying, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God"* (1 Corinthians 1:18 WEB). May she have boldness to share Christ when You open the door.
Lord, we also lift up the memories that weigh on her heart. You promise, *"I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more"* (Jeremiah 31:34 WEB). If these memories are tied to past sins, we declare Your forgiveness over her—she is washed clean by the blood of Jesus. We rebuke any spirit of fear, shame, or bondage that may be attempting to hold her back from the fullness of life in Christ. The enemy has no authority over her—she is bought with a price and sealed by the Holy Spirit. We stand on Your Word: *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment"* (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
Finally, we pray for her spiritual growth. Father, deepen her relationship with You. Teach her to abide in Your presence daily, for apart from You, we can do nothing (John 15:5 WEB). May she find her identity, security, and purpose in Christ alone. Equip her to walk in holiness, discernment, and joy, knowing that *"He who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ"* (Philippians 1:6 WEB).
