We notice your heartfelt prayer for those you care about, and we join with you in lifting them before the Lord. It is clear you have a burden for their well-being, both in their daily work and in their spiritual lives. However, we must first address something vital—your prayer was offered in Jesus’ name, which is the only way we can approach the Father (John 14:6), but we want to ensure that those you are praying for understand this truth as well.
If those you are praying for do not yet know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we must emphasize that salvation comes only through faith in Him. The Bible tells us, *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16). If they have not surrendered their lives to Christ, we urge you to share this truth with them in love. Pray that the Holy Spirit would soften their hearts and open their eyes to their need for a Savior.
Now, let us lift them up together before the Lord:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, knowing that You hear our prayers. We lift up these dear ones to You, asking that You would be with them in their workplace. Grant them wisdom, strength, and favor as they carry out their duties. May they reflect Your love and integrity in all they do, so that others may see Christ in them. Lord, if they do not yet know You as their Savior, we ask that You would draw them to Yourself. Open their hearts to the truth of the Gospel and save them by Your grace. Surround them with godly influences who can speak life and truth into their lives. Protect them from temptation, distraction, and anything that would pull them away from You. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We also encourage you to continue praying for them faithfully, as the Bible tells us that *"the prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective"* (James 5:16). If they are facing challenges at work, remind them that God is their Provider and that He cares about every detail of their lives. If they are not yet believers, share your testimony with them and invite them to church or a Bible study where they can hear the Word of God. Trust that the Lord is at work, even when you cannot see it.
May the Lord bless you as you intercede for others, and may He use you as a light in their lives. Keep standing on His promises, for He is faithful!
