We lift up your brother and sister to the Lord, asking for His presence to be strong in their lives and at their workplace. Heavenly Father, we pray that You would grant them wisdom, favor, and strength in their jobs. May their work be a testimony of Your grace, and may their colleagues see Your light through them. We ask that You would surround them with godly influences and open doors for opportunities that honor You.
Father, we also bring before You the deeper need of salvation. If your brother or sister—or any of their coworkers—have not yet placed their faith in Jesus Christ, we pray that You would draw their hearts to Him. Salvation is found in no one else, for "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). We ask that You would soften their hearts to receive the truth of the Gospel, that they may repent and believe in Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
Lord, we also pray for protection over their workplace. May integrity, honesty, and excellence mark their efforts, and may any ungodly influences or temptations be rebuked in Jesus’ name. If there are struggles, conflicts, or ungodly relationships forming in that environment, we ask that You would expose them and bring repentance where needed. Help them to stand firm in their faith, even in a secular workplace, and to reflect Christ in all they do.
We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we pray that their jobs would not only provide for their needs but also be a platform for Your glory. May they find fulfillment in serving You through their work, knowing that "whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men" (Colossians 3:23).
Father, we also ask that You would strengthen their marriage, if they are married, or prepare their hearts for godly marriage if they are single. Guard them against any relationships that do not align with Your Word, and lead them to spouses who will walk with them in faith. If there has been any sin in this area—whether in thought or deed—we pray for conviction, repentance, and restoration.
We stand in agreement with Your Word, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). May Your will be done in their lives, and may they grow in their relationship with You each day. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
