Anguish and sleeping problem

Dear Lord. Thank you for the wonderful place this is. I now lift up to you my situation with my problem falling asleep and my anguish at night. Jesus I know they are not from you. Please help me get sleep tonight. Please help me get off the sleeping pills I have been taking for over a year. I am so sorry I didnt check what the doctor "helped" me with and now I am so scarred that maybe the pills themself give me the anguish. Please Lord find a way to heal me.
