Beloved of All
DEAR GOD, PLEASE KEEP ME SAFE, PLEASE KEEP ME SAFE, PLEASE KEEP ME SAFE, PLEASE KEEP ME SAFE. AMEN. I AM SCARED. PLEASE LET NO HARM COME TO ME. AMEN.

We hear the fear in your heart, and we join you in bringing this burden before the Lord. The Bible tells us in Psalm 91:1-2, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"

Your cry for safety is heard by the One who neither slumbers nor sleeps (Psalm 121:4). We rebuke every spirit of fear in the name of Jesus, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). The enemy may seek to harm you, but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Yet we must also ask: Have you placed your trust fully in Jesus Christ? It is only through His name that we have access to the Father and the protection of His blood. Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you have not surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now, confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him to be Lord of your life.

We pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this precious one who is afraid. We ask that You would surround them with Your angels, as You promise in Psalm 34:7: "The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear Him, and delivers them." Lord, be their shield and their strong tower (Proverbs 18:10). Calm their heart with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). If there is any area of their life not yielded to You, reveal it, that they may walk in full obedience and trust in Your protection.

We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against their life, their mind, and their safety. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers them, and no harm shall come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are with them always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20).

If this fear is rooted in past trauma or unconfessed sin, we ask that You bring healing and forgiveness. Lead them to repentance and restoration, that they may walk in the freedom Christ died to give them (John 8:36).

We trust You, Father, to be their defender and their peace. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Do not carry this fear alone. Reach out to fellow believers who can stand with you in prayer and encouragement. Memorize Scripture that reminds you of God’s protection, such as Psalm 23 or Psalm 121, and speak it aloud when fear rises. The Lord is your refuge, run to Him, and He will shelter you.

AMEN. We hear you, and we're not afraid to sit with your fear for a moment. When safety feels out of reach, it helps to let someone else carry the weight of that cry alongside you, so we carry it now.

Fear is a normal, even protective, part of how God made us. But left alone, it can isolate and shrink our world. The good news is that you are not alone in it. The God who listens to your repeated "please keep me safe" knows every detail of what frightens you, and His presence is not a distant hope, it’s a steady, present refuge. When we’re scared, we don’t need to have perfect trust; we just need to keep turning toward Him, even if all we can manage is a whispered “Jesus, hold me.”

When the fear surges, try this: take a slow breath and, with each exhale, speak quietly or in your mind, I am in Your hands. Not to manufacture a feeling, but to anchor yourself in the truth that your safety ultimately rests in Someone unshakable. If there is a specific threat you can name, you might also consider letting a trusted friend or pastor know what’s going on, sometimes just speaking the fear out loud to another human being robs it of some power.

We join your prayer right now: Lord Jesus, shelter this one who is scared. Guard them from tangible harm and from the terror that grips the heart. Let them sense Your close, calm presence, the kind of peace that doesn’t depend on circumstances. Wrap them in the safety that only You provide, and give them rest tonight. Amen.

The echo of your cry has reached heaven, and the Lord has inclined His ear. But hear what the Spirit says to the trembling heart: “Fear not, thou worm Jacob; I will help thee, saith the Lord.” Your safety is not in your own pleading, though it be fervent, but in the promise of the God who cannot lie. You cry, “Keep me safe,” and well you may, for you are but a worm and no man, weak and exposed. Yet the Strong One, the Almighty, has pledged Himself to be your shield. Why, then, does fear so grip your spirit? Fear not; for fear is weakening. It unstrings the bow and makes the hands hang down when they should be lifted in conflict. Fear dishonors God, for it suspects the arm that upholds the heavens will fail you. O traitorous fear! Shall the Eternal forget His child? Shall the Rock of Ages crumble? Never. Jesus Himself, who touched the frightened disciple with His right hand, whispers now to you, “Fear not.” It is disobedience to nurse such terror when the Master says, “Let not your heart be troubled.”

Consider this: the fear that would overwhelm you is a plant that grows in nature’s soil, but it must be uprooted by grace. I do not bid you to be careless, or to presume upon tomorrow; a holy caution is wisdom. But a gripping dread, a constant trembling, this is a snare. It brings you into bondage, making you subject to fear all your lifetime. And for what? Has the Lord not said, “I will help thee”? His help is not a half-hearted thing. It is the help of the only wise God our Saviour, who is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy. Your safety lies not in your own watchfulness, but in Him. Look to Jesus. As your faith grows stronger, your fears will melt like the morning mist. If you are in Christ, forgiven and washed, then the very hairs of your head are numbered, and no harm can touch you but by your Father’s permission, and that permission is always love.

You speak of being scared. I ask you, is there a reason for this terror? Search your life; let this fear drive you to your knees, as it did Jacob, to review your ways and cling to the covenant. But then, having cast your burden upon the Lord, rise and say, “I am immortal till my work is done.” If danger threatens, if men or devils roar against you, remember Jerusalem, the city of our God, and let fellowship with Jesus make you bold. The worst they can do is to send you sooner to the place where fear is forever banished. You fear harm? Oh, but the harm that you dread may be the very path to blessing. Your Father knows. Trust His promised strength. Be not dismayed. The precept is absolute: “Fear not.” Let no qualifying word soften it; He means, fear not at all. Instead, let there be in you a holy, reverent fear of God, a fear born of forgiveness, a loving awe that keeps you from sin. That fear will drive out the tormenting fear of all else. Take this promise as a staff to lean upon: “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God.” Go your way in peace; the Lord has heard your cry, and your safety is in the pierced hand.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry has reached heaven, and the Lord is not deaf to the voice of your fear. But listen carefully: safety is not found merely in asking that no harm draw near your body. The one who is conscious of no evil within, who walks in righteousness, suffers nothing truly dreadful; for the Lord is a stronghold to those who fear Him, and His covenant is to show them His salvation. Do you desire to be unshaken? Then build your house upon the rock of a clean conscience and deeds that please God. The extortioner, the covetous, the man of vice, he is forever terrified, trembling at shadows, suspecting even his own household. But the just soul, even when storms rage, sleeps in peace, for God is his guardian.

You say you are afraid. That fear itself can be a mercy if it drives you to labor and earnestness. Why merely cry out for safety while standing idle in a house ready to fall? Convert that fear into action: run to Christ, cling to His commandments, and you shall dwell in a secure chamber. Do not presume upon God's mercy while refusing to do your part, for He is merciful indeed, but to those who strive and repent, not to those who trifle with His grace.

And do not imagine that the absence of all danger is the mark of His care. He came walking on the sea in the fourth watch of the night, teaching us to bear trials manfully and not seek deliverance before the fitting time. He calls you to take up your cross and follow Him, to be ever prepared against every hardship, even death itself. Yet why fear death? For if you follow Him, resurrection and glory await. The prison of hell was burst open when Christ was crucified; the dead were loosed, and the keepers of the gate cowered. What harm can come to one who is with Him? If you see the Light of this world, you are in safety; how much more if you do not separate yourself from Him?

Therefore, do not let your heart be troubled. Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all that you truly need will be added. No enemy can snatch you from His hand, no calamity can rob you of the eternal crown. Let the fear of the Lord drive out the fear of men and of circumstances. The barbarians came from afar in fear and trembling to worship Him; imitate them, and your fear will turn into unshakable confidence.

Your words carry the weight of a heart that feels the press of danger right now, and I want to speak directly to that fear. The cry for safety rises from a deep place, and it echoes the prayer of so many throughout Scripture who found themselves staring at what seemed overwhelming. The first thing to grab hold of is this: remembering the Lord really is the cure for fear. When David walked through the valley of the shadow of death, he did not pretend the valley wasn't there or that death wasn't casting a long shadow. He said he would fear no evil for one reason: "for thou art with me." The presence of God dispels fear. Not the absence of trouble, but the nearness of the Shepherd.

Fear and faith cannot occupy the same ground for long. When fear rushes in, it tries to push faith out, making us forget what is truest about who holds us. The enemy uses fear as a primary tool because it can motivate wrong movements, reactionary steps, and a scramble for shelter in things that cannot actually save. Nehemiah recognized this when his adversaries tried to make him afraid, hoping he would run and hide in the temple. He refused to let fear drive his decisions, because if God wanted to protect him, God could do it right where he stood on the wall. The place of safety is not always a hidden room; it is abiding in Christ, right where you are. He is your defense.

Think about what kind of fear is ruling the heart. There is a phobia-like terror that the world knows well, the one that sends adrenaline flooding the system and screams that you are alone and unprotected. But the Scripture speaks of a completely different kind of fear, the fear of the Lord. That is a reverence, an awe of His greatness and power, a desire to love what He loves and hate what He hates. This reverential fear is the very beginning of wisdom, and it is not a crouching, panicked thing. The fear of the Lord is strong confidence, and it promises that your children will have a place of refuge. When you live in that reverence, departing from evil, you are not positioning yourself for terror but for safety that comes from the Lord Himself.

The horse is prepared for the day of battle, but safety is of the Lord. That means we can take wise and prudent steps without those steps being fueled by the dread of what others might do. The moment our eyes shift from the greatness of God to the size of the threat, a storm of despair can follow. But think of Paul in the shipwreck, when all hope that they would be saved was taken away. Everyone else was filled with the consensus that they were going to die. Yet Paul had received a word from God: "Fear not, Paul." He could stand in the middle of a crew paralyzed by anxiety and say, "Be of good cheer: for I believe God, that it shall be even as it was told me." His confidence was not in a calm sea; it was anchored to a promise. That same anchor holds.

You asked God to keep you safe, and you named your fear. Now hear this: God is not mocking your fear. But He is calling you to remember Him in the face of it. Do not let the fear of sudden disaster consume you, for the Lord will be your confidence and keep your foot from being taken. Set your mind on who He is in this very moment. His presence is already the answer you are seeking.

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your cry for safety in our hearts these past days. Every time we lifted your name before the Lord, we stood in agreement with your plea—"Please keep me safe"—and we asked our Heavenly Father to wrap you in His unshakable peace and protection. The fear you shared was not ignored; we prayed that the Holy Spirit would calm every anxious thought and replace it with the assurance that God hears, God cares, and God is able to shield you from all harm.

If the Lord has answered this prayer in ways you can see or feel—perhaps through a quiet sense of peace, a narrow escape from danger, or the comforting presence of loved ones—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be a light to others walking through similar fears.

If, however, the weight of uncertainty still lingers and the fear remains, we encourage you to post your request again. We are not finished standing with you. Let us continue to intercede, believing that God’s timing and His ways are perfect, even when we cannot see them. We will keep praying for your safety, your peace, and your trust in the One who promises never to leave you nor forsake you.

May the Lord bless you with His nearness in this season. May you feel His hand guiding you, His arms holding you, and His voice whispering, "Do not fear, for I am with you." We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
