I am writing for my mother, Maria who has a court hearing on the 1st.
Two years ago she developed carpal tunnel due to her job of packing and sorting apples at a warehouse. She had been a loyal & dedicated employee there since 1992.
She has been unable to work since her accident, and Labor & Industries have refused to compensate her. She is in constant pain; even daily chores have become a challenge for her to complete. My 7 year old brother helps her whenever he can, but it has made her heavy with guilt. My father left the family a few years ago, so she has no physical or financial assistance from anyone else.
She has filed for an appeal, and her case will be heard by a judge on Wednesday.
Please pray for God to give her the strength to communicate her story well, and for the court's sympathy.
