Humble Prayer Warrior
There is power in prayer (James 5:16)!

I believe in prayer, so I keep coming back to this website requesting it.

A few years ago, my wife left me and then stole my children. My life has been upside down ever since then.

I had moved from Alaska to Texas to take on a job and prepare a home for my family to live. My wife did not follow me and instead left me and then stole the children.

I pleaded with God to take me back to Alaska. It’s not easy to go back to Alaska due to all of the requirements and needs. Finally, God answered my prayer and I flew first class from San Francisco to Alaska on August 19, 2024.

I was confident that God was about to reconcile my family. I was walking by faith and not by sight. I moved back to Alaska with no place to live in no car to drive.

It’s been over a year now and there is absolutely no sign of reconciliation.

I am confident that God is working, even though I cannot see anything.

Almost everything bad that could happen to a person has happened to me over the last year.

- I lost three good jobs.
- I lived in the shelter 4.5 months
- I lived in my van 28 nights
- I almost died on December 29, 2024
- lonely and hopeless
- Wish God would take me

Things God has done:

- I now live in a basement for free $0
- I have seen incredible northern lights
- I have seen moose and Caribou
- I have seen amazing sunrises and sunsets
- incredible nature
- etc.

Over the last two months, I have had three blowouts. Yesterday, I was able to get four really good used tires on my van. I am so thankful to God for them; it gives me peace of mind.

I continue to do DoorDash, which provides me the income. I need to keep my head above water. It can be very frustrating but overall it’s been a huge blessing to me.

I continue to ask for prayers.:

I need strength
Reconciliation of my family
A good job that is stable
Hope
A place to live of my own

I am confident that God is going to do something. I believe there is a breakthrough in my future, though it seems impossible right now.

I have played with God to take me away from Alaska and give me a life elsewhere with a good job. Of course, most people tell me to move on and start over.

So far, God has not moved me away from Alaska. I know that he has the power to do so. He could easily give me a great job on the East Coast or in some other place but so far he is not.

I read the psalms at least one time per month and last month I read twice. It’s like a B12 shot to my body and mine when I read them.

My faith is strong.

Thank you for your prayers.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We lift you up before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, knowing that it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. Your faith is a testament to God’s sustaining power, even in the midst of trials that would overwhelm many. You have clung to Him through homelessness, loneliness, and the deep sorrow of a broken family, and we honor your perseverance. The Scriptures remind us in **James 1:2-4 (WEB)**, *"Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."* Your trials are not in vain—they are refining you, and God is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you.

Your heart’s cry for reconciliation with your wife and children is one we bring before the Lord with urgency. Marriage is a covenant before God, and He hates divorce (**Malachi 2:16**). Yet we must also acknowledge that reconciliation requires repentance, surrender, and the work of the Holy Spirit in *both* hearts. While you have demonstrated remarkable faith in returning to Alaska, trusting God to restore your family, we gently remind you that reconciliation may not always look as we hope. Your wife’s choices are hers to answer for before God, but your responsibility is to remain faithful—to love, pray, and live righteously before the Lord, trusting Him with the outcome. **1 Peter 3:1-2 (WEB)** encourages husbands to live with their wives *"in an understanding way, giving honor to the woman, as to the weaker vessel, as being also joint heirs of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be hindered."* Even in separation, your conduct and prayers matter. Have you reached out to her with humility, extending forgiveness and a willingness to reconcile *in a way that honors Christ*? If not, we urge you to consider this step, not in manipulation, but in genuine love, leaving the results to God.

Your struggles—job loss, homelessness, near-death experiences—are not unseen by the Lord. He has sustained you in miraculous ways, providing shelter, tires for your van, and income through DoorDash. These are not small things; they are evidence of His provision. Yet we hear the weariness in your words, the longing for stability, and even the fleeting desire to escape this season. **Psalm 34:17-19 (WEB)** declares, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* Your breakthrough may not come in the timing or form you expect, but God *is* working. The fact that you are still standing, still praying, still reading the Psalms for strength—this is the victory of Christ in you.

We must also address the temptation you’ve mentioned—to ask God to take you away from Alaska or even to wish for death. Beloved, these thoughts are not from the Lord. **Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB)** reminds us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* God has not abandoned you in Alaska; He has placed you there for a purpose. Whether that purpose is reconciliation, a ministry of intercession, or a testimony of His faithfulness in the wilderness, we urge you to surrender your "what ifs" to Him. If He calls you to remain, trust that He will equip you. If He calls you to leave, He will make the way clear. But do not let despair dictate your prayers. Instead, cry out as the psalmist did: *"Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him for the saving help of his presence"* (**Psalm 42:5 WEB**).

As for your practical needs—a stable job, a home of your own—we pray with you for God’s provision. **Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB)** commands us, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Keep seeking Him first. Your current work, though frustrating, is a means of grace—it keeps you dependent on God and opens doors for divine appointments. Perhaps He is preparing you for a role you cannot yet see, one that requires the resilience you’ve gained in this season.

Finally, we exhort you to guard your heart against bitterness. The enemy would love to twist your pain into resentment toward your wife, toward God, or even toward yourself. But **Hebrews 12:15 (WEB)** warns, *"Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."* Forgiveness is not optional for the believer; it is the path to freedom. If you haven’t already, release your wife to God, forgiving her as Christ has forgiven you (**Ephesians 4:32**). This does not mean excusing her actions, but it *does* mean trusting God to be the just Judge and the merciful Redeemer.

**Our Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who has endured so much yet remains steadfast in faith. Lord, You see his broken heart, his weariness, and his longing for reconciliation and restoration. We ask that You move mightily in his family—soften his wife’s heart, Lord, and draw her to repentance and reconciliation *if it is Your will*. Give him wisdom in how to approach her, if at all, and guard his heart from false hope or despair. Father, we rebuke the spirit of hopelessness that whispers lies to him. Replace it with Your peace that surpasses understanding.

Provide for his every need—a stable job, a home, safety on the roads, and strength for each day. You have been his Provider in the wilderness; do not abandon him now. Open doors no man can shut, and give him favor in the eyes of those who can offer work or housing. Lord, we pray for supernatural breakthroughs—divine connections, unexpected blessings, and a clear sense of Your presence even in the waiting.

Father, we also ask that You heal the wounds of betrayal and loss in his heart. Fill him with Your love so that bitterness finds no foothold. Remind him that his identity is not in his circumstances but in Christ, who has overcome the world. If there is sin in his life—unforgiveness, fear, or doubt—convict him gently and lead him to repentance. Strengthen his faith, Lord, and let him see Your hand at work in ways he cannot deny.

Finally, Father, we pray for Your will to be done in his life, whether that means restoration in Alaska or a new path elsewhere. Give him clarity, courage, and the grace to surrender fully to You. May he testify of Your goodness, even in this hard season. We ask all this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

**Encouragement for You:**
Brother, your story is not over. The God who parted the Red Sea, who raised Lazarus from the dead, and who turned a crucifixion into resurrection is the same God who holds your future. Keep reading the Psalms—let them be your battle cry. Keep praying, even when the answers tarry. And keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (**Hebrews 12:2**). The breakthrough you seek may be just around the corner, but even if it isn’t, *He is enough*. Trust Him. Wait on Him. And never stop believing that He is working all things together for your good (**Romans 8:28**). We are standing with you in faith.

We're here with you, brother. We've been moved by your story of resilience and faith in the face of so much adversity. We want you to know that you're not alone. We're lifting you up in prayer, just as you've lifted up your requests to us.

We're asking God to move powerfully in your family situation. We're believing for a miracle of reconciliation, for hearts to be softened and turned towards Him. We're also asking for wisdom and guidance as you navigate this situation. We trust that God will give you the words to say and the actions to take, if and when He calls you to reach out to your wife.

We're also interceding for your practical needs. We're asking God to provide for you, to give you a stable job and a place to call home. We believe that He who has been your provider in the wilderness will continue to meet your needs. We're also asking for protection and safety as you travel, and for strength to endure each day.

But more than anything, we're asking God to fill you with His peace. We know that this is a hard season, and it's okay to feel overwhelmed at times. But we want you to know that God is with you, and He cares about every detail of your life. We're asking Him to heal your wounds, to fill you with His love, and to remind you of your identity in Him.

We want to encourage you to keep pressing on. Keep seeking God, keep reading the Psalms, and keep trusting in His goodness. The breakthrough you're hoping for might be just around the corner, or it might take a little longer. But either way, we know that God is working all things together for your good. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and trust that He is enough.

We're standing with you, brother. We're believing with you, and we're praying with you. You're not alone. God is with you, and so are we. Keep fighting the good fight of faith. We can't wait to see what God is going to do in your life.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
