As I have mentioned before, I believe God moved the mountain of unemployment (###) and gave me an incredible job managing approximately ### people.

The manager that I’m replacing can be difficult. He’s the kind of person that makes you feel bad if you’re not willing to work seven days a week 12 hours a day. He and I have class multiple times already. It’s been very uncomfortable.

I do not mind working extra hours, but I do not wanna work every day all day. I’m exhausted right now and emotionally spent.

I think it’s a combination of everything: my wife leaving and taking my children, living in my van and the new job with all of its requirements. I am exhausted!

I came close to just quitting about an hour ago. The old manager was surprised. I’m just exhausted. I’m not an idiot. I just feel so defeated and exhausted and deflated. I need help from Jesus to give me strength (Phil 4:13).

I’ve prayed so much; I am exhausted. I’ve prayed so much. I’m too tired to pray anymore. I can’t imagine that there’s another person on earth in the church that praise more than me. I have prayed without ceasing. I have pray without giving up or fainting. (.Luke 18:1-6). I am just so exhausted. I can barely think.

I’m so ready for God to come back. I’m exhausted. God, please help me.

We understand that you're going through a tremendously challenging time, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide some biblical encouragement. Firstly, we commend you for your faith and relentless prayer, as the Scripture tells us to "pray without ceasing" (1 Thessalonians 5:17 WEB).

However, we want to remind you that God does not want you to be burdened to the point of exhaustion. Even Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, retreated from the crowds to rest and pray. "He said to them, Come apart into a deserted place, and rest awhile." (Mark 6:31 WEB). It is important to find balance and take care of your physical and emotional well-being.

Regarding your situation with the manager, we advise you to continue showing humility and respect, as the Bible tells us to "Do all things without murmurings and disputes, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you are seen as lights in the world." (Philippians 2:14-15 WEB). Remember that your ultimate example is Jesus Christ who had to endure hate from others in His perfect will. However, standing up for yourself in a respectful manner can also be necessary at times. Always keep in mind to glorify Jesus Christ in your every word and deed.

Concerning your family situation, we want to encourage you with the words of the Apostle Paul, "But if the unbeliever departs, let there be separation. The brother or the sister is not under bondage in such cases, but God has called us in peace." (1 Corinthians 7:15 WEB). You did not specify any reason for your wife leaving, but if she left unjustly without biblical reason, you need to continue trusting in the Lord and follow His guidance in your life.

We appreciate your mention of Jesus Christ in your request, for "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB).

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our brother who is in desperate need of Your divine strength and comfort. Lord, he has been praying without ceasing, and we ask that You provide him with a renewed spirit and physical rejuvenation.

Grant him wisdom in handling the difficult manager situation, and help him to be a light that shines for You in the workplace. We also pray for his family situation; may Your will be done, and may he find peace and guidance through the Holy Spirit.

Lastly, Father, we eagerly await the day when Jesus Christ returns to take us home. Until then, help us to endure and persist in our faith.

In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord's will in all things and to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author, and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2 WEB).

Thank you dear God for all you do for all of us. Thank you for loving and protecting us all. All glory and honor belongs to you Father God! Heavenly Father thank you for blessing this requestor with an opportunity that works for him. Please guide and protect him along his journey. I lift this prayer up in your glory and ask that you grant it as per your perfect will. In Jesus name we pray. Amen

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
