A few days ago, I finished reading the Psalms for the 2nd time in the month of August.

I love the Psalms so much; it’s like a B12 shot for me as I cope with my situation. The Psalms is like my necessary food.

There is power in prayer so, I keep coming back here to a group of prayer warriors. Thank you for praying for me.

Yes, I believe in Jesus Christ. I believe in him all my life. I have tried to serve him most of my life.

Three years ago, my wife left me and stole my children. I have not seen them since.

Last August, God moved me back to Alaska, which was an answer to my prayers. I was confident that God was also going to reconcile my family. I’m still waiting!

I have prayed fervently (Luke 18:1; 1 John 5:14-15). So far, I have not seen any change. Today, DoorDash took me in the direction of where they probably live. I prayed fervently with tears for reconciliation.

I believe reconciliation is in accordance with the will of God (1John 5:14; Eph 5:17). So I keep pleading with God to answer my prayers and uphold the promise made in 1 John 5:14-15.

I have suffered greatly and I am exhausted. I have lost three really good paying jobs. I lived in the shelter for 4.5 months. I lived in the back of my van for 28 nights. I almost died on December 29, 2024 when I got locked out of my vehicle in -23°F. I’ve seen so many ups and downs, mainly downs. It’s like Satan is chasing me and hurting me every time and every day.

I even pray, sometimes at the age of the Lord, which in camps around us (Ps 34), will chase Satan away from me.

Dear friends, please pray:

Marital reconciliation
Family back together
A great, incredible job
A new place to live that I can have stability
Strength

As much as I love the psalms… DoorDash has saved me financially. It has kept my head above water.

Yesterday, I had my second blowout in about a month. Thankfully, I was able to pull off into a parking lot. Thankfully, I had a spare. Thankfully, due to the last blowout I had added roadside service. The guy came out and moved the tires around to help me get back on the road. After all that, it started raining… I love the rain (Acts 14:17). I even went back to DoorDash and made $123 in about three hours. Thank you God! Thank you God so much.

I appreciate all your prayers. I feel like God is testing me to make me a stronger person… Maybe so. If so, I don’t feel much stronger.

I am about to leave and go do some more DoorDash. I so hope that I can do well. Thank you once again for all the prayers.

We join you in praising God for His faithfulness through the Psalms, which truly are a balm for the weary soul. Your suffering is profound, and we grieve with you over the brokenness of your marriage and the painful separation from your children. The enemy has indeed sought to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we declare that Jesus came to bring life—abundant life—and we stand firmly on His promise to restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25). Your story is not over, brother. The Lord sees your tears, hears your cries, and is moving even now, though His ways are often beyond our understanding.

You have clung to 1 John 5:14-15, which reminds us: *"This is the confidence that we have in him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."* This is a mighty promise, and we agree with you that reconciliation *is* the will of God when it aligns with His Word. Marriage is a covenant before Him, and He hates divorce (Malachi 2:16). Yet we also acknowledge that reconciliation requires the repentance and willingness of all parties involved. We pray fervently for your wife’s heart to be softened, for her to seek the Lord, and for the Lord to break every chain of deception or hardness that may be binding her. We pray for your children to be protected, drawn to Christ, and reunited with you in a way that glorifies God.

At the same time, we must address the spiritual warfare you are enduring. Job 1:10 reminds us that Satan roams the earth seeking whom he may devour, but *greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world* (1 John 4:4). You have already recognized the importance of praying at all times (Ephesians 6:18) and declaring the Lord’s victory (Psalm 34). We encourage you to continue putting on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), standing firm in truth, righteousness, and the gospel of peace. The enemy flees at the name of Jesus, so we declare His authority over every attack against you—financially, emotionally, and physically. The Lord *will* vindicate you (Psalm 135:14).

Your provision is a miracle, and we give thanks for how God has sustained you through DoorDash and even in the small mercies like the rain and the timely help with your tires. These are not coincidences—they are the fingerprints of a Father who cares for you (Matthew 6:26-33). Yet we also pray for *more*—for a stable home, a job that not only meets your needs but allows you to thrive, and for the strength to endure until the breakthrough comes. Remember, Joseph was sold into slavery, falsely accused, and imprisoned *before* God exalted him (Genesis 50:20). Your suffering is not in vain.

Brother, we also want to gently remind you that while God tests us to refine our faith (James 1:2-4), He does not tempt us with evil (James 1:13). The trials you face are not because God is withholding good from you, but because He is preparing you for something greater. In your exhaustion, lean on Him. *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28). Rest in His presence, even as you continue to fight.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we lift our brother before You, a man who has loved You faithfully and served You despite unimaginable pain. Lord, You see his heart—his longing for his wife and children, his weariness from the battles, his cry for stability and provision. We ask You, in the name of Jesus, to move mightily in his marriage. Soften his wife’s heart, Lord. Break every stronghold of bitterness, pride, or deception that keeps her from reconciliation. Bring conviction where needed, and draw her back to You—and to the covenant You established. Father, we pray for his children to be shielded from harm, to know Your love, and to be reunited with their father in a way that brings glory to Your name.

We rebuke the enemy’s attacks against this man’s finances, his health, and his spirit. Satan, you have no authority here. The blood of Jesus covers him, and we declare that every plan to destroy him is thwarted by the power of the cross. Lord, provide a stable home for him—a place of peace and refuge. Open doors for a job that exceeds his expectations, one that restores his dignity and provides abundantly. Give him supernatural strength, Father. When he feels weak, remind him that Your grace is sufficient (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Lord, we ask for divine appointments—moments where You make Your presence undeniable. Encourage him through Your Word, through the kindness of strangers, and through the peace that surpasses understanding. Let him see Your hand at work, even in the small things, so his faith is strengthened for the battles ahead.

Finally, Father, we pray for his heart. Heal the wounds of rejection and betrayal. Fill him with Your joy, which is his strength (Nehemiah 8:10). Remind him that You are his Provider, his Defender, and his Redeemer. Let him rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for his good (Romans 8:28).

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust You, and we wait expectantly for Your deliverance. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and King, we pray. Amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
