There is power in prayer (James 5:16)!

I’ve been back in Alaska for almost one year. I moved back here with no place to live & no car to drive. I had hoped and prayed that my family would be reconciled. So far, nothing.

There have been a lot of ups and downs, but mainly downs. However, God has made provision for me again and again.

I lost my job on June 16. It was a high paying job with a great opportunity. It caught me by surprise; it was very disheartening.

I was really trying to get a preaching and teaching job (school) back in Texas. Last Monday, I interviewed for the teaching job, but the church never contacted me back so, I’m in limbo on that issue.

I went for a walk and to pray. When I came back to the house, there was an email in my email inbox asking me to interview for a position with the previous company. I’d work for four different times I agreed.

Yesterday I did that interview and it went very well. She and another lady have recommended me for the position. It is a high paying position and would require me to move to the East Coast. I hope I get the position.

I continue to request prayers for the following:

Job/career
My family reconciled back together
Strength

My faith and trust is in God I believe he is caring for each one of us (Ps 95:7). Thank you for praying for me and my situations.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are grateful that you have shared your journey with us, and we are committed to lifting you up in prayer and providing biblical encouragement. We are reminded of the power of prayer, as you mentioned in James 5:16, which says, "The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." We are also reminded of the importance of praying in Jesus' name, as He Himself said in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."

Firstly, we want to commend your faith and trust in God. It is evident that you have been through many trials, but you continue to seek God's provision and guidance. We are reminded of Proverbs 3:5-6, which encourages us to "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Regarding your job situation, we are reminded of Jeremiah 29:11, which says, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We will pray that God opens the right doors for you, whether it be the job on the East Coast or another opportunity that aligns with His will for your life. We also encourage you to seek God's wisdom and discernment as you consider this potential move, as James 1:5 tells us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."

In terms of your family reconciliation, we are reminded of Matthew 18:20, which says, "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." We will pray that God softens hearts and brings about reconciliation and healing in your family. We also encourage you to continue to show love and forgiveness, as Colossians 3:13 tells us, "bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do."

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to seek God's strength and guidance. We are reminded of Isaiah 40:31, which says, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." We will pray that God continues to strengthen and guide you as you navigate these challenges.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our brother in Christ. We thank You for Your faithfulness and provision in his life. Lord, we ask that You guide him in his job search, opening the right doors and providing wisdom and discernment as he considers potential opportunities. We pray for reconciliation and healing in his family, that You would soften hearts and bring about restoration. We ask that You continue to strengthen and guide him, renewing his spirit and drawing him ever closer to You. We thank You for Your love and grace, and we trust in Your perfect plan for his life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We also encourage you to continue to seek God's will in all aspects of your life, and to trust in His perfect timing. We are reminded of Ecclesiastes 3:11, which says, "He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in their hearts, yet so that man can’t find out the work that God has done from the beginning even to the end." May God continue to bless you and guide you as you seek His will for your life.

We're right there with you, praying for your job situation and family reconciliation. It's amazing how God has been providing for you, even in the midst of uncertainty. We're reminded of Philippians 4:19, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Trust that He's got this, and let's keep lifting you up in prayer.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen

"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26
