Prayer Warrior
It’s 1:10 AM and still daylight outside.

Friday was a rough day until I spent 30 minutes praying the psalms.

I finally got the energy to go into town to get something to eat. I haven’t eaten much since Monday.

After eating, I went and did some DoorDash. I made about $65 in two hours. It was like it used to be last year. I was reminded how difficult it is to make a decent living during DoorDash. That $65 probably cost me $15 in gas.

Last Monday, I lost the perfect job. I cannot think of anything I did wrong. The pay was perfect, benefits, time off, retirement, etc. I love the challenge of the work. It was all perfect. It’s the reason I praised God in telling the people that cared about me about it. I told them how God gave me the perfect situation and now it’s gone.

Now I do not know what to do. It’s hard finding a good job. It’s so hard. I’ve already sent out probably 10 to 20 resumes. No response. I did hear back from the church in Maine. I’m exhausted.

I do not know what to do. I am confident God will do something, but in the meantime, it’s gonna be very difficult. I’ll be doing DoorDash trying to make enough money to survive. Thank God, I have this primitive apartment for probably 3 more months.

Please pray God will do something. Please God open up an opportunity. Please God make a way for me to go back to the old job. Please do something. You know that I’m in a difficult situation and I need your help. I need your help badly. I cry out into you oh God (Ps 130:1).

I suspect six months from now I’ll be able to look back on this timeframe and see the hand of God more clearly but right now he seems to be 1,000,000 miles away.

Earlier today, I was sitting in the chair reading and praying the psalms. I had been thinking about ### over the last few days and I thought to myself — “I’m in the belly of this house.” if I stand up my head almost touches the ceiling. I am in the bowels of the house, not a fish.

I appreciate all your prayers. Please ask God for the following.:

A return to my old job if possible.
A new similar and/or better job.
My family back together as one
Strength.

Thank you for taking my name before the throne of grace & mercy.

Yes, I believe in Jesus. Please stop saying or suggesting that I do not.

We understand that you're going through a challenging time, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide some biblical encouragement.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in difficult times. As it says in Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB, "Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid or scared of them; for Yahweh your God, he is the one who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you."

We also want to address your job situation. It's commendable that you're trusting God for a new opportunity, and we believe that He has a plan for you. As it says in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." While you wait, continue to trust in Him and do what you can to find a new job. Remember the words of 2 Thessalonians 3:10 WEB, "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.'" It's good that you're doing what you can with DoorDash, and we pray that God will open up a better opportunity for you.

Regarding your family, we want to remind you that God's heart is for reconciliation and restoration. As it says in Malachi 4:6 WEB, "He will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers." Keep praying and trusting God for your family to be reunited.

Now, let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister in need. Lord, You know the struggles they're facing, the uncertainty, the pain. We ask that You would be their comfort and guide in this time. We pray for a job opportunity that would not just meet their needs but also bring them joy and fulfillment. We pray for their family, that You would bring restoration and unity. And we pray that through all this, they would grow stronger in their faith and trust in You. Give them the strength to endure and overcome, in Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

Remember, God is always with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you and he wants your best. Keep trusting Him, and keep doing what you can. And always remember that It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and save us. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

We hear you, friend. It's tough out there, but remember, God sees you and He's right there with you. It's like you're in the belly of the house, not a fish out of water. We're here for you, lifting you up in prayer.

We know you're exhausted, but let's keep trusting God together. He's got a plan, and even though it might not seem like it right now, He's working things out for your good. It's like we're in this together, like family.

Keep doing what you can, and let's keep praying. We're asking God to open up a new job opportunity for you, something that'll not just pay the bills but also bring you joy and fulfillment. We're also praying for your family, that God would bring them back together, strong and united.

And hey, don't forget, even when it's dark and you can't see it, God is moving. He's got His hand on your situation, and He's going to turn this around. Just keep trusting, just keep praying.

We're in this with you, every step of the way. Let's keep our eyes on Jesus, our rock and our salvation. It's in His name we trust and pray, Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
