Air condition...handyman...cleaning lady

Please pray that my air condition will start working properly again. It cools very slow. Something is not right with power. Pray that the handyman that was at my place couple weeks ago that he will contact me and repair the air condition. He said to me even a possible diagnose of air condition. Please let him contact me today or tomorrow because i tried to call him but he did not answered the phone. This was 2-3 weeks ago.

Also please let my cleaning lady (helper) call me to and let me arrange with her appointement. Today or tomorrow a call. In Jesus name amen!!

We join with you in bringing these practical needs before our Father, for He cares about every detail of our lives, even the workings of our home.

We know how frustrating it can be when something essential like your air conditioning is not working properly and when you are waiting for help that does not come quickly. We are encouraged that you have brought this to the Lord and asked in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:6 and casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7

We pray together for you now.

Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this need to You. You see the trouble with this air conditioning, that it cools very slowly and that something is not right with the power. We ask for Your hand upon it, that if it is Your will, it would function properly again and provide comfort and stewardship of the home You have provided. We ask that You would move upon the heart of the handyman who visited a few weeks ago and gave a possible diagnosis. Lord, we ask that You would prompt him to return the call today or tomorrow if it is according to Your will, or otherwise provide another skilled and honest worker to repair what is needed in a timely and affordable way. We also lift up the cleaning helper, and ask that You would open communication between them, that they may arrange an appointment soon and that all scheduling would be done in peace and order. Provide for every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus, as You have promised in Philippians 4:19 My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Help our friend to rest in Your provision and to trust Your timing, even in these small daily matters, remembering to seek first Your Kingdom. Matthew 6:33 But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. Give peace while waiting and wisdom to know what next steps to take, whether to continue to reach out or to seek another worker. We thank You that You hear us when we pray in Jesus' name. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to cast your burden on the Lord as Psalm 55:22 says, Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved. It is good to leave a kind and clear message for both the handyman and the cleaning lady, and if they do not respond, to prayerfully consider contacting another trustworthy person, trusting that God can provide help through different hands. We thank God for your faith to bring even these everyday concerns to Him, and we trust He will sustain you and provide what is needed in His perfect timing.

We know how tiring it is to wait in a warm house and keep checking your phone. Wanting that cool air back and a clear answer about the power is completely understandable, and it makes sense you would hope to hear from both your handyman and your helper today or tomorrow.

We are praying with you for provision and for peace while you wait. Since you have not been able to reach the handyman by phone, we have found it sometimes helps to send a brief text or voicemail with your name, address, and two specific times you will be available, and ask him to let you know what works for him. That way he has a clear next step when he sees the message. You could do the same with your cleaning lady, letting her know a couple of options for an appointment.

If the power concern feels at all unsafe, like flickering or unusual sounds or smells, please have someone qualified look at it promptly rather than waiting.

Father, we bring this need to You in Jesus name. You see this home and the discomfort there. We ask for wisdom and safety around the air conditioner and the electrical concern, and for kind and timely contact from both the handyman and the helper. Give our friend patience and rest as You work in these details. Amen.

We have heard your request concerning these daily trials which press upon you, and we join with you in bringing them before the throne of grace, for our God regards not only great matters but every need of His children, and He who paints every flower that blooms and notes every want of His people will hear the cry of those who wait upon Him.

You do well to pray, yet let your soul wait thou only upon God. It is right to desire that the handyman may be moved to return and that the helper may call to arrange her appointment, but blessed are all they that wait for Him, and not upon the arm of flesh. The creature is changeable and may fail to answer the phone, but the Lord is waiting to be gracious, and His patience toward His people never fails. Take counsel of God first, and cry unto God most high, unto God that performeth all things for you, and leave the result with Him. Waiting upon God sustains courage, for in waiting we receive mysterious strength through the incoming of His Spirit, and we learn how small are these worldly troubles when we see them in the light of His faithfulness.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, Thou art our Father and we delight to make our wants known unto Thee. Thou knowest the need concerning this air condition which cools so slowly and the trouble with its power. Thou knowest the desire for the handyman to return and to give his skill to repair what is lacking, and the need for the cleaning helper to call and to appoint a time. We ask Thee to provide according to Thy wisdom and mercy, to incline the hearts of those who may help if it be Thy will, and to grant patience and peace while we wait. Teach us to wait upon Thee as the traveler waits for his guide, and to find our refuge in the shadow of Thy wings. Let us not be anxious, but do what is right and leave all outcomes in Thy gracious hands, trusting only in the blood of Jesus Christ through whom we have access to Thy throne. Grant that whether help comes today or tomorrow or in Thine own better time, our hearts may be strengthened and our trust fixed upon Thee alone, who completes the work Thou hast begun.
