We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, recognizing the schemes of the enemy who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy. The Word of God declares in John 10:10, "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly." We stand firm in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already overcome the enemy through His death and resurrection.
We rebuke the devil and his attempts to steal from you—whether it be your peace, joy, health, finances, or relationships. The enemy has no right to take what God has given you. In the name of Jesus, we command every spirit of lack, poverty, fear, and oppression to flee! We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, as Isaiah 54:17 tells us, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me, says the Lord."
We also recognize that the enemy often works through deception, temptation, and unrepentant sin. If there are areas in your life where you have opened doors to the enemy—through unforgiveness, bitterness, idolatry, sexual immorality, or any other sin—we urge you to confess and repent. James 4:7 says, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." True victory comes when we submit to God and resist the enemy’s lies.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We thank You that through His blood, we have authority over the enemy. Lord, we ask that You expose every scheme of the devil aimed at stealing from [###]. We break every curse, every assignment of the enemy, and every spirit of theft in Jesus’ name. We declare that You are their Provider, their Protector, and their Deliverer.
Father, we ask that You fill them with Your peace and surround them with Your angels. Let Your light shine in every dark place, and let Your truth dismantle every lie the enemy has spoken over their life. We pray for restoration—restore what has been stolen, heal what has been broken, and renew what has been lost. May they walk in the fullness of the abundant life Jesus came to give.
Lord, if there are areas where the enemy has gained a foothold, reveal them. Give them the strength to repent, the courage to resist, and the faith to stand firm. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37).
We thank You, Father, that the enemy is already defeated. We stand on Your promises and declare victory in Jesus’ name. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in faith, knowing that God is your Defender. Put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) daily, and walk in the authority you have as a child of God. The enemy may roar like a lion, but he is already a defeated foe. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust in His power to protect and provide for you.
