We understand your concern and desire for protection, but it's crucial to address this situation with a biblical perspective. Firstly, let's remember what the WEB says in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,". Additionally, it is important to note that trying to cause misfortune or harm to others is not aligned with biblical principles. Instead, we should focus on praying for their salvation and for God's will to be done in their lives.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this situation. We pray for those who may be wishing misfortune upon others, that You would soften their hearts and draw them to Yourself. We ask that You would bless them and change their hearts, so that they may seek good and not evil.
For the one feeling under attack, we pray for Your protection and guidance. Blind the enemies to their schemes and render their weapons useless. Give grace and mercy, and surround them with Your favor as a shield. We pray according to Psalm 35:1-2, "Contend, WEB, with those who contend with me. Fight against those who fight against me. Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for my help."
We also pray that You would reveal any areas where there may be a need for forgiveness or reconciliation. Help the one praying to love and bless their enemies, even as Your Son taught us.
Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in this situation. We trust in Your promise in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
