We're here with you, dear friend, holding you up in prayer. We understand that the wounds from your past run deep, and it's natural to feel afraid and worried. But remember, God sees you, He knows your pain, and He's right there with you.
In the Bible, it says, "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." (Isaiah 41:10) God doesn't want you to live in fear. He wants to heal you, to set you free from the chains of your past.
We encourage you to reach out to trusted friends, mentors, or a counselor. Sometimes, talking it out with someone who cares and understands can bring great relief.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Lord, we come to You today, lifting up our friend. Lord, You know their fears, You see their wounds. We ask, Father, that You would touch them right now with Your healing power. Comfort their heart, Lord. Give them the courage to seek the help they need. In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of fear. We declare healing and restoration over their life. Give them a childlike faith to trust in You. We pray for freedom from fear and anxiety, and for a newfound confidence in You and Your goodness. We ask for full healing of their heart and soul. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
