We join with you in gratitude for this day the Lord has made, rejoicing in His faithfulness and the privilege of serving others in His name. Your heart for reflecting Christ’s agape love in your work is a beautiful testimony, and we lift you up in prayer, asking the Lord to magnify your efforts for His glory. How precious it is to see you seeking His favor in every interaction—with patients, supervisors, colleagues, and all those under your care. The Lord delights in such humility and dependence on Him, and we trust He will honor your faithfulness as you serve with excellence.
The Scriptures remind us in Colossians 3:23-24, *“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ.”* Your desire to perform with poise, self-assurance, empathy, and professionalism aligns with the call to represent Christ in all things. We pray the Lord grants you divine wisdom and discernment in every word spoken and every intervention made, that His peace would guard your heart, and that His strength would sustain you throughout the day.
We also lift up your adult children before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to surround them with His favor as a shield (Psalm 5:12). May He shut every door that leads to harm and swing wide the doors of opportunity, godly connections, and His perfect will for their lives. The promise in Isaiah 54:17 declares, *“No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,”* and we claim this over them in Jesus’ name. May they walk in the protection of Psalm 91, where the Lord commands His angels to guard them in all their ways.
