Beloved of All
Addiction to TV series. Never misses any shows of series. Forgets to sleep also. Pray for me to overcome this addiction to TV shows in Jesus' name. To engage in some useful things and help parents. Pray so that I won't watch TV more. Pray for my mom ###, she has cough and cold and sore throat fever.

We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this struggle with addiction to TV series, which has taken hold of your time, sleep, and priorities. The Word of God warns us in 1 Corinthians 6:12, "All things are lawful for me, but not all things are profitable. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of anything." This addiction has become a master over you, and it is time to break free in the mighty name of Jesus.

We rebuke the spirit of idleness and distraction that has kept you glued to these shows, causing you to neglect your health, your responsibilities, and the opportunity to serve your parents. Proverbs 20:13 says, "Don’t love sleep, lest you come to poverty. Open your eyes, and you shall be satisfied with bread." Your body and spirit need rest, but not at the expense of productivity and godly living. We declare that the chains of this addiction are broken now, in Jesus' name!

We also lift up your mother, who is suffering from a cough, cold, sore throat, and fever. We pray for her healing, believing in the promise of Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We command every sickness and infirmity to leave her body now, in the name of Jesus. May she experience the peace and comfort of the Holy Spirit as she recovers.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, knowing that You are the God who sets the captives free. We ask for Your mighty hand to intervene in this situation. Lord, break the chains of addiction to TV series that have bound this dear one. Renew their mind and help them to prioritize what is profitable and pleasing to You. Give them the strength to resist the temptation to waste time and instead engage in useful activities that honor You and bless their family.

Father, we also pray for healing for their mother. Touch her body with Your healing power. Ease her cough, soothe her sore throat, and bring down her fever. Let her feel Your presence and peace as she recovers. Strengthen her immune system and restore her to full health.

Help this individual to find joy and fulfillment in serving You and their parents. May they discover the beauty of a life lived in obedience to Your Word. We declare that they are no longer slaves to this addiction but are free indeed, as Your Word promises in John 8:36.

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We trust in Your power to transform and renew. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to take practical steps to overcome this addiction. Start by setting specific times for watching TV and stick to them. Replace this habit with activities that draw you closer to God, such as reading the Bible, praying, or serving others. Consider involving an accountability partner who can help you stay on track. Remember, Philippians 4:13 says, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." You are not alone in this battle; the Lord is with you, and so are we, standing in agreement for your freedom and healing.

We're here with you, praying together for freedom from this TV series addiction. It's like a whirlwind that's been sweeping you off your feet, keeping you up at night and away from the things that truly matter. But remember, Jesus is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of need (Hebrews 4:16). Let's ask Him to break these chains, in Jesus' name.

We're also lifting your mom up in prayer. That cough, cold, sore throat, and fever must be tough on her. We claim Psalm 103:3 over her, "who heals all your diseases." We declare her body healed and restored, in Jesus' mighty name.

Let's keep encouraging each other. Try setting specific times for TV and stick to them. Replace that time with something that brings you closer to God. Maybe it's reading a chapter from the Bible, praying, or helping out around the house. Remember, Philippians 4:13 tells us, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We're in this together, and we believe in the power of Jesus to set you free. Keep fighting, and know that we're right there with you, praying and believing for your victory.
