I am a food addict, a compulsive eater. Food to me is like Heroin to a drug addict. I have been â€œoff the wagonâ€ for quite some time. My blood pressure is up and my fibromyalgia is in full flare so I am in constant pain. Over eating and what Iâ€™m eating is making my fibromyalgia worse.

I need help. Please pray for me to find the strength to gain control over my eating habits and exercise habits. My life is in a downward spiral. Depression, fatigue, Im not in a good place. God bless you, and thank you for your time and prayers.
