We understand your anxiety about this unexpected exam, but we encourage you to trust in God's plan for you. Remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. 2 Timothy 1:7, Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
Firstly, we notice that Jesus was not mentioned, but let us be clear that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB.
Now let us pray together for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this student who is feeling anxious and nervous about an upcoming exam. We pray that you will grant them peace of mind.
Please remind them that they do not have to be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, they can present their requests to you and the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard their hearts and their minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
We pray that you will guide their studying and grant them understanding and recall of the material. Help them to do the best they can do on the exam.
We pray for all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
As you prepare for your exam, study diligently, and trust that God will bring to your remembrance all that you have learned. Psalm 121 says that our help comes from the Lord.
We encourage you to also seek God's will for your life. Ask for His guidance in all things, including your academic situation. Don't forget to ask Him what He wants you to do with your future.
Consider adding Jesus Christ to your prayers. Jesus is our mediator to God. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Let us know your results so we can rejoice with you and continue praying for you.
