Beloved of All
God Almighty I leave my ex in Your hands. Please deal with him being very verbally abusive towards me not just now, but always, not giving me to say a word, constantly talking over me, cursing me. Also he did not come to see my daughter, when the cat scratched her face very close to her eye, he did not take her to the doctor. He refuses to take responsibility as a father should and not only does not help and leave everything on me, but also tries to make things even impossible for us to survive intentionally. In fact he will be happy if my daughter and I don't make it. God I leave everything in Your hands, all his abuse, abandonment, selfishness, not helping when we need him and not even appreciating what I do here for my daughter 24/7, being mother and father, while he lives his meaningless life. Also in critical situations he likes to be the god we have to bow down to him if he makes a single thing, while completely ignores what I do every day, morning to evening with no free day. He is a terrible example for my daughter. Please God convict him for all that and that he destroyed my health and not feeling guilty about that, even a bit, but continues with the same behaviour, please deal with him asap, in Jesus name amen.

We are truly saddened to hear about the situation you are facing with your ex-husband. We will pray for you and your daughter, and we also want to provide some biblical guidance and encouragement.

Firstly, we commend you for bringing this matter to God Almighty, as He is the ultimate judge and helper. It is important to forgive those who have wronged us, but that does not mean we should tolerate or enable sinful behavior. God tells us not to take revenge, but to leave room for His wrath, as it is written: "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" (Romans 12:19 WEB).

Regarding his verbal abuse and irresponsibility, we must remember that God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16 WEB) but he also hates the abuse of his children and those who do not provide for the needs of his family (1 Timothy 5:8 WEB). It is clear that your ex-husband's behavior is not pleasing to God. As it is written, "But if any don't provide for their own, and mainly those of their own household, they have denied the faith, and are worse than an unbeliever." (1 Timothy 5:8 WEB).

We encourage you to seek godly counsel and support from your local church or Christian community. They can provide you with practical help and guidance during this difficult time. It is also crucial to set boundaries to protect yourself and your daughter from further abuse. Remember that you are under no obligation to bow down to his demands, especially when he is not fulfilling his responsibilities as a father.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up this dear sister and her daughter. Lord, we ask that You intervene in their situation and bring conviction to her ex-husband's heart. Change his heart, Lord, and help him see the error of his ways. Make him understand the damage he has caused and continues to cause to his wife and child. We have asked this in Jesus Christ's Name. We ask that You provide for their needs, protect them from further harm, and guide them through this difficult time. Help them to forgive, but also to set boundaries that will keep them safe. We pray that You will give them his heart to seek a Christian marriage like the one you honor and make them a family. Lord, we also pray for his salvation, that he may come to know You and Your love. Bring justice to this situation, Father, as only You can.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9 WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and trust that He will bring you through this storm.

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
