We join you in lifting up your heart’s cry to the Lord, for it is written in Jeremiah 29:13, *"You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart."* Your desire to know God deeply and to pray effectively is a beautiful and holy pursuit, one that the Father delights in answering. The apostle Paul reminds us in Romans 8:26 that *"the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered."* So take heart—even when words fail, the Holy Spirit is interceding for you, aligning your prayers with the will of God.
Your mother’s suffering is not unseen by our Heavenly Father. He is the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). We stand with you in faith, asking for her complete restoration, that she may walk again in strength and health, declaring with the psalmist, *"I will extol Yahweh at all times. His praise will always be in my mouth. My soul shall boast in Yahweh. The humble shall hear of it, and be glad. Oh magnify Yahweh with me. Let’s exalt his name together. I sought Yahweh, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears"* (Psalm 34:1-4).
Yet we must also ask: Do you know the name by which all healing, salvation, and access to God comes? It is only through Jesus Christ, the Son of God, that we can boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so now. *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation"* (Romans 10:9-10). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have already placed your faith in Christ, then we rejoice with you and encourage you to continue growing in that relationship, for it is in Him that all our prayers find their power.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious soul who longs to know You more deeply and to pray with power and clarity. Lord, open their eyes to see You, their ears to hear Your voice, and their heart to understand Your ways. Teach them to pray as You taught Your disciples, with faith, persistence, and surrender to Your will. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may pray in alignment with Your perfect purposes.
We bring before You this mother who is bound by pain and unable to walk. Lord Jesus, You walked this earth healing the sick, making the lame walk, and restoring what was broken. We ask for Your healing touch upon her body—every cell, every bone, every nerve. Let strength return to her feet, let pain flee from her body, and let her rise up in wholeness to glorify Your name. You are the God who parts seas, raises the dead, and does exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). We trust in Your power and Your timing.
Father, if there is any sin, doubt, or unforgiveness in their hearts, reveal it and cleanse them by the blood of Jesus. Let them walk in obedience and faith, knowing that You are good and Your love endures forever. Strengthen their family, Lord, and let this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness.
We rebuke every spirit of infirmity, every attack of the enemy against this mother’s body, and we command healing to manifest in Jesus’ name. Let no weapon formed against her prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We thank You, Lord, for what You are doing, even now, and we give You all the glory.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
