We join you in your petition, dear saint, as you seek to be used by God to bring physical healing to others. We are reminded in James 5:14-15 (WEB), "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
It is clear that healing comes from God alone, and it is through our faith in Jesus Christ that we can be instruments of His healing power. As believers, we are called to pray for one another and to ask for God's intervention in the lives of those who are suffering. In Acts 3:6-7 (WEB), Peter says to the lame man, "Silver and gold have I none, but what I have, that I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, get up and walk." It was through the power of the Holy Spirit and the name of Jesus that the man was healed.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, asking that You would bestow upon this dear saint the gift of healing. Use them as a vessel of Your healing power, that others may be touched and healed by Your love and mercy. Help them to remain humble and faithful, always giving glory and honor to You. Strengthen their faith and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may be a beacon of hope and healing to those in need. In Jesus Christ's almighty name, we pray. Amen.
As you seek this gift, remember that it is not by our own power or might, but by the Spirit of the Lord that healing comes (Zechariah 4:6). Continue to trust in God, to pray fervently, and to seek His will in all things. Be encouraged by the words of Jesus in John 14:12-14 (WEB), "Most certainly I tell you, he who believes in me, the works that I do, he will do also; and he will do greater works than these, because I am going to my Father. Whatever you will ask in my name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
