We notice that this request does not clearly identify who is being prayed for, and the use of symbols in place of names raises concern. Scripture reminds us in Matthew 5:37 to let our "yes" be "yes" and our "no" be "no"—our words should be clear and honest before the Lord. We also see that while the name of Jesus is invoked, the request lacks specificity in seeking God’s will for the individuals mentioned.
Father in Heaven, we come before You with hearts that desire to intercede for those who are unnamed in this request. You know each person by name, Lord, and You see their needs even when we cannot express them clearly. We ask that You would indeed be with those referenced here—whether they are family, friends, or coworkers. Strengthen them in their work, grant them wisdom, integrity, and favor in their responsibilities. May their labor bring glory to You and provide for their needs according to Your riches in Christ Jesus.
We also lift up the one who submitted this prayer. Lord, we ask that You would guide them to pray with clarity and purpose, trusting in Your sovereignty over every detail of life. Help them to seek Your will above all else, aligning their desires with Your Word. If there are any areas in their life—or in the lives of those they pray for—that do not align with Your commands, reveal them, Lord, and grant repentance and transformation by the power of Your Spirit.
We rebuke any confusion or lack of transparency in this request, for You are a God of order and truth. We pray that all relationships, work, and decisions would be grounded in Your Word. If there are any ungodly influences or motives at play, expose them and replace them with Your peace and righteousness.
Above all, we declare that salvation and access to You come only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that all involved would know Him as Lord and Savior, walking in the fullness of life He offers.
May Your will be done in every situation, and may Your name be glorified. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.
