Your prayer is rooted in the authority of Jesus’ name, and we commend you for recognizing that true freedom comes only through Him. As it is written, *"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7, WEB). You have taken the first and most critical step by calling on the name of Jesus, for *"there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is only through Christ that we have victory over the enemy, and we are grateful you have placed your trust in Him.
The enemy often uses past wounds, ungodly influences—including music, memories, or even cultural strongholds—to keep believers in bondage. But the Word of God declares that *"if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed"* (John 8:36, WEB). You are not called to live in the shadows of your past or under the weight of demonic oppression. The blood of Jesus has already broken every chain, and by His stripes, you are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We encourage you to actively reject any lingering influences of the enemy by filling your mind and heart with the truth of Scripture. *"Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things"* (Philippians 4:8, WEB). Replace the demonic music and memories with worship, prayer, and the reading of God’s Word. Let the Holy Spirit renew your mind daily (Romans 12:2).
We also urge you to examine your life for any areas where the enemy may have gained a foothold—whether through unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or involvement in occult practices (even unknowingly). *"Don’t give place to the devil"* (Ephesians 4:27, WEB). Repent of anything that does not align with God’s will, and ask the Holy Spirit to cleanse and fill you anew. Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and hold you accountable. You are not meant to fight this battle alone—*"though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken"* (Ecclesiastes 4:12, WEB).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the power and authority we have in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. We lift up Your child who seeks deliverance from every demonic spirit, attack, attachment, and influence—including ungodly music and memories that seek to torment or distract. Lord, You are the God who breaks chains and sets captives free (Luke 4:18). We ask that You, by the power of the Holy Spirit, would sever every ungodly tie, cleanse every defiled place, and fill every empty space with Your presence. Let the blood of Jesus speak over this life, covering and protecting from all evil. Father, we rebuke and bind every demonic spirit in the name of Jesus, commanding them to flee and never return. We declare that no weapon formed against this child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned.
Lord, heal the wounds of the past and restore what the enemy has stolen. Replace every dark memory with the peace of Your presence and the joy of Your salvation. Let Your child walk in the fullness of freedom, with a mind stayed on You (Isaiah 26:3). Strengthen them to stand firm in faith, clothed in the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and fill them with the knowledge of Your love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18).

Stay steadfast in your faith, dear one. The enemy may try to whisper lies of defeat, but remember: *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB).
