We understand your concern about financial burdens, and we join you in lifting this need before the Lord, trusting in His provision and wisdom. The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* While we pray for fairness and wisdom in this situation, we also encourage you to seek God’s guidance in how to steward your resources wisely and trust in His perfect timing.
However, we must gently address that your prayer did not explicitly invoke the name of Jesus Christ as the authority through which we approach the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* And in John 16:23-24, He tells us, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."* It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name alone that we are saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet placed your full trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so, for He is the only mediator between God and mankind (1 Timothy 2:5).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in this financial matter. Lord, You know the needs and struggles of Your child, and we ask that You would move in this situation to bring fairness and justice. Provide wisdom and discernment to those involved, and open doors for provision that align with Your will. Help us to trust in You completely, knowing that You are our Provider and that all things are possible through Christ who strengthens us.
We also pray that if there is any area of doubt or lack of faith in Jesus as the only way to You, Father, that You would reveal Your truth and draw this heart fully to You. May the peace of Christ, which surpasses all understanding, guard hearts and minds in Him (Philippians 4:7).
We ask all these things in the holy and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
