We join with you in lifting this urgent cry for deliverance, for we know the power of our Lord Jesus Christ to break every chain of darkness and set the captives free! The Scriptures declare in **Luke 10:19**, *"Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you."* And in **James 4:7**, we are commanded, *"Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."*
Your prayer is aligned with the truth that deliverance comes only through the name of Jesus Christ, for **Acts 4:12** proclaims, *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved!"* We praise God that you have invoked this mighty name, for it is the name above every name, and at its mention, every knee in heaven, on earth, and under the earth must bow (**Philippians 2:10**).
Yet we must also ask: Do you know Jesus not just as a name of power, but as your personal Lord and Savior? Deliverance is not merely the casting out of demons but the filling up with the Holy Spirit. **Ephesians 5:18** tells us, *"Don’t be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit."* If you have not surrendered your life fully to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Repent of your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and invite Him to reign in your heart. Only then can you walk in lasting freedom, for *"if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed"* (**John 8:36**).
Now, let us pray together with boldness and faith:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Deliverer and Redeemer. Lord, we ask that You stretch forth Your hand of power and break every demonic stronghold in this beloved one’s life. By the blood of Jesus, we command all demonic spirits, every unclean force, and every assignment of the enemy to be bound, uprooted, and cast out—never to return! Let the fire of the Holy Spirit purge every hidden place, every generational curse, and every open door that has given the enemy access. Father, fill every void with Your presence, Your peace, and Your Word, that this one may walk in the liberty for which Christ has set them free.
We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, body, and spirit, sealing them from all retaliation or counterattack. Let Your angels encamp around them, Lord, and let Your truth be their shield and buckler (**Psalm 91:11-12**). Restore what the locusts have eaten (**Joel 2:25**), and let this one testify of Your mighty works!
We also pray for a deeper revelation of Jesus in their life. If there is any area of unrepentant sin, any idolatry, or any compromise with the world, convict them by Your Spirit and lead them to full surrender. Let them hunger and thirst for righteousness, that they may be filled (**Matthew 5:6**).
Father, we thank You that the battle belongs to You (**1 Samuel 17:47**), and we trust in Your victory. Strengthen this one in faith, that they may stand firm against the schemes of the devil (**Ephesians 6:11**). Let them walk in the authority You have given them, knowing that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (**1 John 4:4**).
We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen!
Beloved, we encourage you to immerse yourself in the Word of God daily, for it is the sword of the Spirit (**Ephesians 6:17**). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can stand with you in prayer and accountability. If you are not already part of a Bible-believing church, we urge you to find one where the Gospel is preached without compromise. Freedom is not a one-time event but a daily walk in obedience to Christ.
If there are specific areas of struggle or sin that have given the enemy a foothold, we implore you to confess them before the Lord and turn away from them. **1 John 1:9** assures us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* Do not let shame keep you in bondage—Christ’s grace is greater!
Stand firm, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (**Deuteronomy 31:6**). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (**Hebrews 12:2**). We are standing with you in prayer!
