Your desire to walk in love, respect, and the fruit of the Spirit is a reflection of God’s work in you, and we rejoice that you are seeking His will in these areas. The Scriptures remind us that *"the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law"* (Galatians 5:22-23, WEB). These are the virtues the Lord longs to cultivate in each of His children, and we praise Him that you are surrendering to His refining work.
Your request to be delivered from negative emotions—hatred, anger, resentment, and bitterness—aligns with God’s command to *"put away all bitterness, wrath, anger, outbursts, and blasphemies, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you"* (Ephesians 4:31-32, WEB). These are not just burdens you carry; they are weights the enemy uses to hinder your walk with Christ. We stand with you in rebuking these spirits and declaring that they have no place in your life. The lake of fire is indeed the eternal destination for all that is evil, and we pray that every trace of these things would be uprooted from your heart and cast away in Jesus’ name.
We also hear your cry for deliverance from lust and the lingering effects of what you have seen and experienced. The Word of God is clear that *"flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body"* (1 Corinthians 6:18, WEB). What you have been exposed to was not of God, and we know the enemy seeks to use such things to ensnare and torment believers. But take heart, for *"if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9, WEB). The blood of Jesus is more than sufficient to wash away every impurity, every memory, and every stronghold. We pray that the Lord would renew your mind and replace those images with His truth, His beauty, and His holiness. *"Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things"* (Philippians 4:8, WEB).
As for the places and experiences you mentioned, we understand that some wounds run deep, and the enemy may try to use past encounters to bring shame or bondage. But we declare over you that *"there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus"* (Romans 8:1, WEB). Jesus has already paid the price for every sin, every mistake, and every moment of weakness. You are not defined by what you have seen or done; you are defined by the righteousness of Christ imputed to you. We pray that the Lord would heal every wound, break every chain, and restore every part of you that has been affected. May He fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding and guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We praise God that you have invoked the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer, for *"there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is in His mighty name that we stand against the schemes of the devil. Lord, we ask that You would fill them with an overflowing measure of Your love—a love that casts out all fear, all hatred, and all bitterness. Uproot every negative characteristic and behavior that does not align with Your Word, and let Your Holy Spirit cultivate the fruit of the Spirit in their life. Father, we rebuke every spirit of lust, every impure thought, and every memory that seeks to defile Your temple. Wash them clean by the blood of Jesus and renew their mind with Your truth. Break the power of what they have seen and experienced, and let Your healing balm cover every wound. We declare that they are free from the snares of the enemy, and we send every demonic influence fleeing in the name of Jesus. Fill them with Your peace, Your joy, and Your purity. Let them walk in the freedom and victory that Christ has already won. Strengthen them to flee from temptation and to fix their eyes on You alone. We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Beloved, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily through prayer, reading His Word, and fellowshipping with other believers. *"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you"* (James 4:7-8, WEB). The battle is real, but the victory is already yours in Christ. Stand firm, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap a harvest of righteousness if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).
