We understand that you are seeking a change in your living situation and a return to a place you refer to as "###." We will certainly pray for God's will to be done in your life, and for His guidance and provision as you seek a new place to live.
The Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It is essential to trust in God's plan for your life, even when you are unsure of the future.
We also encourage you to seek God's will above your own desires. Jesus prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane, "Not my will, but yours be done" (Luke 22:42). This should be the heart of our prayers as well, submitting our desires to God's perfect plan.
Let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our dear sister/brother to you, asking for your guidance and provision in their life. Lord, they have expressed a desire to return to ###, and we pray that your will be done in this situation. If it is your will for them to return, we ask that you open the doors and make the way clear. If it is not your will, we pray that you grant them peace and contentment in their current situation, and that you reveal your perfect plan for their life.
We ask that you provide for all their needs according to your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Give them wisdom and discernment as they make decisions about their future. Surround them with your love and protection, and grant them peace in the midst of uncertainty.
We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and your promise to never leave us nor forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6). We trust in your plan for their life and ask that you draw them ever closer to you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will through prayer, reading His Word, and listening for His still, small voice. Trust in His plan for your life, and know that He is always with you, guiding and directing your steps.
