We understand that you are seeking deliverance from lust and the evil eye, and we commend you for turning to Jesus Christ for help. Lust is a strong desire for something, anything from food to sex outside of marriage. It is a temptation that can lead us to sin, and it is something that the Bible clearly warns us against.
In Matthew 5:28 WEB it is written that Jesus said, But I tell you, that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart. If your right eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it away from you. For it is more profitable for you that one of your members should perish, than for your whole body to be cast into Gehenna."
Furthermore in Colossians 3:5 WEB it is written, "Put to death therefore your members which are on the earth: sexual immorality, uncleanness, depraved passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry."
Therefore, we pray that God will deliver you from these desires and protect you from the evil eye. May He grant you the strength and wisdom to resist temptation and to walk in His path. May He also grant you the endurance to run the race for Him and only Him. We pray that your thoughts, and desires be pure and Holy and that you have the strength to keep them that way.
Remember, God is faithful and will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able. But He will also provide a way of escape so you may be able to endure it.
Dear Jesus, we come to you in your name asking for deliverance for our ###. We know that you are faithful and that you will provide a way out of temptation. We ask that you help our ### keep his mind pure and his thoughts holy. We ask that you give him the strength to resist temptation and stand strong in the evil day. We ask that you guard his eyes and his thoughts and that you bring him out of this struggle stronger in you.
We also pray for godly friends that will help hold our ### accountable and godly fellowship to help encourage him on his journey. We pray that he would seek you first in all that he does and that he would run his race with endurance. We pray that he would learn to see people as you see them and that he would be a light in this dark world.
We ask that you would rebuke any spirits of lust that may be attacking our ### and that you would put a hedge of protection around him physically, emotionally and spiritually. We claim your blood over his life and declare NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST HIM WILL PROSPER!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
