We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's deliverance and guidance in your life. It is wonderful that this prayer is in Jesus name, as it is only by His name that we are saved (Acts: 4:12) and can come boldly to the throne of grace. We also remember the importance that Jesus taught us to begin our prayers by recognizing 'Our Father', who is in Heaven. We should be thankful that we are not praying to a distant God, but a loving Father.
Let's address the issues you've brought before the Lord.
Firstly, know that God has not given a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. We are called to be strong and courageous, for the Lord our God is with us wherever we go. He tells Joshua and us, Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9.
To counter temptations, for instance lust, the lust of the eyes, lust of the flesh and the pride of life, we are taught in 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
Regarding evil music, we are called to be discerning about what we listen to. We should focus on things that are true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and of good report. If there is any virtue and if there is anything worthy of praise, let your mind dwell on these things. Philippians 4:8. If any music does not align with these qualities, it is wise to avoid it. Instead, let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; in all wisdom admonishing one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to God. Colossians 3:16.
Concerning memories of past relationships, it is important to remember that we are new creatures in Christ. The old life is no longer in us. Therefore if any person is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17. We should seek to live in the present, focusing on the new life we have in Christ, and not be entangled again with the yoke of bondage. Galatians 5:1
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need of your deliverance and guidance. We rebuke any demons or evil influences seeking to harm or distract them/us. We pray for a hedge of protection around them/us, guarding their/our mind, body, and spirit from all evil and lust.
Lord, we ask for your help in releasing any memories of past relationships that hinder their/our present walk with you. Help them/us to focus on your will for their/our life and to trust in your timing for any future godly marriage.
Father, guide them/us in discerning what music to listen. Help them/us to fill their/our mind with things that are true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and of good report. Let their/our life be a testament to your goodness and grace.
We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
