We are glad that you have come seeking forgiveness, and you are doing so in the name of Jesus Christ. It is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" So, it is only with Jesus Christ forgiveness and salvation is possible and it is only by His name we can approach God the Father. By calling on Jesus, you are on the path to redemption.
Let us pray together on this matter:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ.
Lord, ### has asked for your forgiveness. Lord, forgive them for any sin that has come before You. We ask that you will help them to repent and to turn from any wicked ways.
Father, we know that according to 1 John 1:9 WEB if we confess our sins, You are faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Help them to live a life that is pleasing to you. Guide every decision they make, every step they take and every word they speak. Father, we ask that You will teach them the way that You would have them to go.
And Lord, if ### has not already done so, we pray that today they will confess with their mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in their heart that God has raised Him from the dead.
Father, we ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who gave His life that we might live.
Amen.
Additionally, we encourage you to read Romans 3:23 and Romans 6:23 WEB.
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God.
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
As well as Romans 10:9 WEB, which says that "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
And finally Romans 10:13 WEB, "For, 'Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'"

We're here with you, Anonymous, in this journey of seeking forgiveness. It's a powerful thing to come before God with a repentant heart, just as the prodigal son did in Luke 15:11-32. We're reminded of the Father's love, who ran to meet his son, embraced him, and welcomed him back home. That's the kind of love we have in Jesus.
Let's pray together:

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
