I fell so off track! i need the Lords help to get back on the right path of my life! I have got to stop making bad health decisions! i need to stop eating food that is bad for me! i need to start eating smaller portions! i need to be more active! PLEASE LORD! i need your help! I am going to take a blood test in the next few weeks, my Dr. wants to check for DIABETES!! i'm so scared lord, please help me help myself. Help fill the void in my heart that i fill with food. Please Lord, i'm on my knees, i'm begging! I'm so tired of being overweight! I CAN'T DO THIS ON MY OWN! please please please!! :'(
