A Thank You Prayer And Hope For Anybody Going Thru A Separation/divorce

Father in heaven I pray in Jesus' name. I truly understand that you are a God of circumstance. You will bless all who love you. You will bless all that seek you. You will heal those who are mourn. You will answer the prayers of those that seek your will. 

I admit that I wasnt a good Christian. I had a lot of bitterness in my heart towards others and you. I had a lot of blame that I directed towards you and others. I had idolatry in my heart. I based my happiness on one person. I also was ready to turn my back on you hoping you would just "stay out of my life". I pray that you will forgive me for not recognizing you are a great and just God. 

I pray that you will help others going thru my situation. Give them hope, give them wisdom, and give them the trust that your grace is sufficient no matter how difficult things are. The truth is, I pray that you show them that it will be ok. That peace to know that you are there to comfort and guide them in your mysterious but grand and ways that they can't deny it will be ok. Fulfilling their needs in a way that they could never imagine. 

I questioned why you did things the way that you did. But now I know that you will answer my needs in such a way that I know in my heart that no matter what happens I will be ok. 

Note to readers: Our God is a great God. Not matter how much it hurts you will get that comfort. You will be able to give thanks in a trying time. I can't say how long it will take for you. I can say that when you are granted that moment you will never look at your life the same again.

I honestly believe that God's time is when it would be the best time for you. I wasnt good at this but maybe you can do a better job than me. During those prayers of help, reconciliation, and healing I should have always said "God I thank you for the blessings that you will grant me when the time is right". I pray that God meets whatever you need. Peace be with you brother.
