There has been anxiety and fear in my life for so long. Every day is filled with it. I worry intensely about things instead of letting go and opening myself up to what needs to be. This affects my health and the people I love. I wish to be free of this anxiety so that I can be the person I was meant to be – one who can help others and make the world a better place.
