I want to pray for the salvation of my ex-husband ### iannella who I was married to for 5 years about 20 years ago and I had a dream about him and in the dream someone told me he was mentally challenged I don't quite know what that meant but I felt strongly I should pray for his salvation so I lifting up ### a to you my Lord I don't know what's going on in his life best I know he was in a relationship but was not married for about 10 years I'm not sure if he's still with her but I pray for his soul I brought him the gospel he did accept Christ years ago but he was not walking with you and I pray that you would pluck him out of Hell's fire that you would renew his mind and give him a heart to serve you he must be ### or so by now and I pray that the holy spirit is working in his heart and I pray that he would truly give his life to Christ please save ### I know in the mighty name of Jesus

We join you, ###, in lifting up ### to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is never too late for anyone to turn to God, and we are encouraged by your dream and your strong feeling to pray for his salvation. The Bible tells us, "The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance" (2 Peter 3:9, WEB).

We ask that you draw him to yourself, that you pluck him out of the fire and bring him into a right relationship with you. Renew his mind and give him a heart that yearns to serve you. Holy Spirit, we ask that you convict him of his sin and draw him to repentance. Help him to truly give his life to Christ, knowing that 'if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness' (1 John 1:9, WEB). We claim the promise that 'everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved' (Acts 2:21, WEB). In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."

We commend you for your continued concern and prayers for ###, even after many years. It is a testament to your faith and love. Remember, Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44, WEB), how much more should we pray for those we were once united with in marriage?
