A prayer for my mother

My mother has always been a strong, independant, loving woman, however two years ago she lost her job of more than 30yrs because, they decided to move the company to another country. This has devestated my mother.Because of her age she has been unable to get a job making what she previously made before the layoff. She has now turned to alcohol, and is deeply depressed. On top of that, she has developed a mild case of Dementia. She has always been my biggest fan, always believing in me even if she didn't agree, now I am slowly losing my best friend. My finances are not the best, so I am limited to help financially and we live in different states. I pray that God will keep our family strong and let my mother know he has not forgotten her,and to keep the faith. I pray my new business will bring forth great revenue so I can better help my mother with her illness. In Jesus name, Amen

Lord, I pray for provisions for jpd123 so that she can help her dear mother during her time of walking through the valley. I pray your mighty hand upon this situation. Lord, I feel her heart as she tries to come up with solutions to help this situation. I pray you calm her heart, mind and spirit so that she can hear and listen to your voice. Open a door for financial prosperity so that not only jpd123's needs will be met but that she can also help her mom who isn't able to help herself right now. Lead and direct her. Guide her on the path that you have chosen for her, that is hers alone. Let her feel your presence in her life. Let her be a positive influence in her mother's life. Send her kind, caring and loving people to spend time with. I pray she would loose her taste for alcohol, that she could turn this situation around and that she would feel good about herself. I just thank you and praise you today for what you are about to do in her heart, mind and spirit. You are our lighthouse in the storms of life. May she be drawn to your beacon. Amen
