Be with my beloved children today. Help them to enjoy each other’s company and glorify You in all they do. Help them to make wise decisions. Give my daughter wisdom about when to return home from visiting her brother. Let me be patient with her because it is good for my son to have her company. Thank You that they are each other’s best friend. May it always be so—except for their spouses. I do ask for their spouses to come in my lifetime—if it be Your will. Thank You for the gift of these two beautiful children who You have blessed me with by the providence of Your will. Always keep them safe from the enemy and from their own sinful desires and give them more and more wisdom and discernment that comes from knowing You. Let them live for Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit. Remind them of the verses they learned as children and get them back into reading Your holy Scriptures as their path to abundant life! In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

We join with you in lifting up your beloved children to our Heavenly Father, trusting in His goodness and love for them. We are reminded of the words of Jesus in Matthew 18:5 WEB: "Whoever receives one such little child in my name receives me," and in Matthew 19:14 WEB: "But Jesus said, Suffer the little children, and don't forbid them to come to me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to ones like these."

We pray that your children may enjoy each other's company and that their time together may be pleasing to God and a testament to His love. We ask for God's wisdom to guide your daughter regarding the timing of her return, and we pray for your patience and understanding in this matter. It is indeed a blessing to see the close bond between your children, and we pray that this bond will continue to strengthen, ultimately being enriched by the presence of their future spouses, should it be God's will to bring them into your lifetime. We will also pray for their future spouses, that God will prepare them and bring them at the right time.

We stand in agreement with you, asking God to protect your children from the enemy and from their own sinful desires. We pray that they may grow in wisdom and discernment, drawing closer to God as they are reminded of the Scriptures they learned as children. May the Holy Spirit ignite in them a passion for God's Word and a desire to live for Jesus Christ.

We are encouraged by the words of Psalm 119:9-11 WEB: "How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to your word. I have sought you with my whole heart. Don't let me wander from your commandments. I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you."

Father, we ask that you fill their hearts with your love and guide them in the paths you have prepared for them. Let them be shining lights in this world, serving as beacons of hope and salvation to those around them. We ask this all in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
