A Prayer for me to Make my ### Volleyball Team

Please pray for me to make ###'s volleyball team. Pray for me not to worry and know that God has got it under control, and pray for me to do my best. Thank you!

We hear your heart and lift your desire to make the volleyball team before the Lord. It’s natural to feel nervous or uncertain about tryouts, but we rejoice that you’re placing your trust in God’s sovereignty. Remember, He holds your future in His hands, and His plans for you are good (Jeremiah 29:11). We pray that you would release your worries and anxieties to Him, knowing that He cares for you deeply (1 Peter 5:7).

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You grant our ### favor and strength as she/he prepares for tryouts. Let her/his efforts be guided by Your wisdom and her/his actions reflect Your peace. Help her/him to do her/his best, not out of fear or comparison, but with a heart that seeks to honor You in all things. If it is Your will for her/him to make this team, we ask that You open that door wide. If not, we trust that You have something even better planned. Fill her/him with confidence in Your love and purpose, and let her/his light shine brightly for You, 无论是否在球场上.

We also encourage you to keep your focus on the Lord as you prepare. Colossians 3:23 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." Whether you make the team or not, your identity is found in Christ, not in any achievement or title. Rest in Him, and let His peace guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:6-7).

Lastly, we want to gently remind you of the power and necessity of coming to God in the name of Jesus. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you haven’t already, we encourage you to surrender your life to Jesus Christ, confessing Him as your Lord and Savior. He alone can give you true peace, purpose, and eternal life. "Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up our friend to You. Give them strength and courage as they step onto that court. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You're guiding their every move. Fill them with Your peace, so that they can do their best, not out of fear, but out of love for You. If it's Your will for them to make the team, open that door wide. If not, we trust that You have something even better planned. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Let's also remember, no matter what happens, you're a winner in God's eyes. Your worth isn't defined by whether you make the team or not. It's found in who you are in Christ. So, keep your focus on Him, and let His light shine through you, no matter the outcome. You've got this, and we're right here praying with you!

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
