A prayer for Brandon

Heavenly Father,

I come before you today and I claim these bible verses over my son Brandon, right now in the name of JESUS.

In the name of your Son Jesus, I am asking that when Brandon either attempts to drink or use drugs that YOUR CONVICTION will strike his very soul!

Brandon will have such SHAME, GUILT AND REMORSE, that he will hang his head and cry out TO YOU FOR YOUR FORGIVENESS!!!

I ask in the name of your precious Son Jesus, that you surround this young man with angels that will whisper in his ear of YOUR love and mercy...

I ask that when Brandon is awake or sleeping that it is YOUR face and teachings that he pursues. May Brandons mind and body BE FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT.

I ask that 24/7 that Brandon is constantly reminded and encouraged to do what is right and just in your eyes, Heavenly Father.

1 Corinthians 6:9-11

9o you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God

Do not be deceived:

Neither the sexually immoral

nor idolaters

nor adulterers

nor male prostitutes

nor homosexual offenders

10: nor thieves,

nor the greedy

nor drunkards

nor slanderers

nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.

11:And that is what some of you were.

But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

Proverbs 23:20-22

20: Do not join those who drink too much wine or gorge themselves on meat,

21: for drunkards and gluttons become poor, and drowsiness clothes them in rags.

22: Listen to your father, who gave you life, and do not despise your mother when she is old.

Joel 1

5:Wake up, you drunkards, and weep!

Wail, all you drinkers of wine; wail because of the new wine, for it has been snatched from your lips

I got your back, front and side in prayer Cheri, Lord God I come into agreement with Cheri today for her son Brandon, Lord God intervene today in this young man's life, bring him to his knees, Father what ever You need to do to get his attention than so be it. We lift him to You and lay him at the foot of the cross, I plead the blood of Jesus over Brandon right now, Lord place a hedge of protection around him casting out the enemy as he continues to try and take this child. Release him from the bondage of drugs and alcohol, Father remove him from the grips of satan, and place him in a place of wholness again. I ask these things in Jesus name amen.

Heavenly Father,

I ask that Brandon be brought to repentance and redemption. Please gently prod him until he realizes that he cannot escape You, no matter where he goes; that You will pursue him even to the ends of the earth. Please set Brandon apart for Your Kingdom and call him until he answers. It is in Jesus name I pray. Amen.
