We are grateful to join you in thanking the Lord for His goodness and mercy. It is indeed a blessing to see His hand at work in our lives and the lives of our loved ones. We are reminded of the psalmist's words, "Give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever." (Psalm 136:1 WEB)
We lift up your daughter and her companions as they travel, asking for God's protection and guidance. "Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forth, and forevermore." (Psalm 121:8 WEB) May He watch over them and bring them safely to their destination and back home again.
We also bring before the Lord the situation concerning your third grandson. We pray that God's will be done and that justice and mercy be served. "Don’t be afraid of the things which you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested; and you will have oppression for ten days. Be faithful to death, and I will give you the crown of life." (Revelation 2:10 WEB)
For your grandchildren, nephew, and children, we ask for God's protection, health, and success. May they grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man, just as Jesus did. "Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers." (3 John 1:2 WEB)
We encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord and to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you. "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude and petitions. We thank You for Your goodness and mercy that endures forever. We ask for Your protection over the travels of our sister's daughter and her companions. May You guide them safely to their destination and back home again.
Lord, we lift up the situation concerning our sister's third grandson. We pray for Your justice and mercy to prevail. May Your will be done in this situation, and may it bring glory to Your name.
We also ask for Your protection, health, and success for our sister's grandchildren, nephew, and children. May they grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with You and man.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness. May You continue to guide and protect our sister and her family. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
