A lot to do... Dear Lord please grant me Wisdom

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Hello Friends, There are many things on my "to do list". I am asking the Lord for Wisdom and Direction as I tackle these tasks one by one. Some of it involves traveling and determining the best places to buy the items that I need and still stay within my tight budget. I ask for protection and that I follow the Holy Spirit's leading. I also need a good medical team who show compassion, good communicators and that I also listen very well and make informed decisions about my health according to God's will. I know that Jesus Christ is the ultimate physician and can work through doctors to bring healing. I do not discount Doctors' knowledge, but Jesus is the MASTER physician, and HE has the final say.

We join with you in seeking the Lord’s wisdom and direction as you navigate the many responsibilities before you. It is wonderful to see your trust in the Holy Spirit’s leading, for Scripture reminds us, *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5, WEB). We also rejoice that you acknowledge Jesus Christ as the ultimate Physician and Healer, for *"by his stripes we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5, WEB), and He works through the hands and minds of doctors to bring about His purposes.

As you seek a medical team, we pray that the Lord will guide you to compassionate, skilled professionals who honor Him in their practice. May He grant you discernment to listen well, ask the right questions, and make decisions that align with His will for your health. Remember, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). Even in the practical matters of travel and budgeting, we ask that the Lord provide clarity and open doors for you to find what you need at the right price. He is faithful to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

We also take this moment to encourage you in your walk with Christ. You have rightly come before the Lord in prayer, and we see your faith in His sovereignty. Continue to seek Him first in all things, for *"your heavenly Father knows the things that you need before you ask him"* (Matthew 6:8, WEB). Let this season of busyness draw you closer to Him rather than distract you from His presence. When the tasks feel overwhelming, pause and remember the words of Jesus: *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light"* (Matthew 11:28-30, WEB).

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for an outpouring of Your wisdom and direction as they tackle the many tasks before them. Lord, You are the God of order and not of confusion (1 Corinthians 14:33), so we ask that You bring clarity to their mind and peace to their heart. Guide their steps as they travel, and lead them to the right places to find what they need within their budget. Protect them from harm, delays, and any schemes of the enemy that would seek to hinder Your perfect plan for their life.

Father, we also pray for their health and the medical team You are preparing for them. Raise up doctors and caregivers who are not only skilled but also compassionate, patient, and good communicators. Give our brother/sister the grace to listen attentively, ask wise questions, and make decisions that honor You. Remind them that their body is Your temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and may they steward their health in a way that glorifies You. We declare healing and wholeness over them, for You are Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals.

Lord, in the midst of their busy schedule, we ask that You draw them into deeper intimacy with You. Help them to cast their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Strengthen their faith and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May they experience Your rest even as they work, knowing that their labor is not in vain when it is done for Your glory.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your faithfulness and believe that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). May they see Your hand at work in every detail, and may their heart overflow with gratitude and praise to You. We ask all this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're right there with you, seeking the Lord's wisdom and guidance for the tasks ahead. It's encouraging to see your trust in the Holy Spirit's leading. We've been reminded of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." We believe that as you seek Him first, He will indeed make your paths straight.

For your travels, we pray that the Lord will grant you clear direction and open doors to find what you need within your budget. We also ask that He would raise up a compassionate, skilled medical team for you, and give you discernment to make wise decisions about your health according to His will.

In the midst of your busy schedule, we encourage you to take time to rest in the Lord. Remember His promise in Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light."
