A Good Man

I'm in tears this morning. My heart is breaking for the man I want to be. 

I'm 50 years old and I've rarely been who I inspire to be. 

I have standards that are written upon my heart. I want to be a good man. 

I am, inside me, a man of integrity and values. 

I do not want to live in sin another moment. I do not want to be bitter or angry or resentful. I do not want to be jealous or lustful or a liar. I do not want to be prejudice or hateful.

I want to live as an example of what a man should be. 

I pray right now the Lord would change me and allow me to live as I desire, as a right man of God. 

I pray I am able to withstand temptation and act according to God's will in every situation. 

I pray to the Lord God that through His power, I am to live from now on, a man of God, right in the eyes of God and to myself be true.

Have you ever thought about the teaching of taking no thought for your life? It's amazing to take no thought for your life and wait on the Lord to put something on your heart to do. I have had physical and emotional pains vanish singing in myself humming take no thought for my life, I give it all to you Lord. Check out Isaiah 55:7, Mathew 6:25 and Proverbs 3:7 & 8 (HEALING) the verses in order will bless you

Father, I boldly come to your throne of mercy with this child’s need. I ask in your mighty power to meet this child’s need. I pray that this child of yours may experience your great love and care for them today. Give them eyes to see your hand of mercy at work in their life. Awaken all their senses to the realization that you will never leave them or forsake them. In Jesus Christ’s Name I pray, Amen
