A Closer Walk

Please pray for my wife Angie.

She doesn't trust God and has stopped

attending church. She feels that God

is out to get her and take away everything

that she enjoys. She feels that if she likes

something and it brings her joy then is must

be against Gods will. She is determined to get

what she wants out of life no mater what the

cost and it is hurting her, me, and our kids

deeply. Please pray that she will come to

know the overwhelming love of Jesus in

a special way. Please pray that she will

be able to love and trust Jesus so much

that she will be able to surrender all of her

dreams, desires, and fears to him and find

rest for her soul under his yoke and easy

burden. We need a miracle!

Loving Father, the enemy is in hard pursuit of this woman's life, but today, we join hearts in seeking Your intercession in her life. May Your protection surround her as the enemy tries to confuse and mislead her. I pray that a deep peace and understanding would flourish within her heart, mind, and soul. Allow her to see that living in You doesn't mean giving up things, but adds so much depth and beauty to life. Continue to guide the family, draw them closer together and You lead this woman back. Cause her to yearn for Your Word and draw strength and knowledge from Your teaching. In the name of Jesus, protect her from any further attack of the enemy and keep her safe within Your care. Amen.
