I decided to do a bible study on satan, to give better insight as to who satan is and how he works. I looked up every verse in the bible that had “satan†in the text. I then looked up the theological explanations for every verse or passage and noted them as well (typed in red text). It was a very interesting study in that every scripture that contained the word “satan†applies to ‘restoration of marriage’ teaching as God has given me directly all these years. Up until now, I have only taught here what the Lord has given me through rheema word (given to me via my spirit). I have then followed the theological readings with a personal notation of how each relates to restoration teaching (typed in blue text). I felt that this may help some of you feel more secure in seeing for yourself things that I have told you, directly from the word of the Lord and from the theologians who decipher the word of God. Hope you enjoy and gain much strength and wisdom from this study.

1Ch 21:1 Now Satan, designing evil against Israel, put into David's mind the impulse to take the number of Israel. 1Ch 21:7 And God was not pleased with this thing; so he sent punishment on Israel. (Evil and suffering. David recognized his error, but Gods judgement was still visited upon the people. The effects of sin in a persons life cannot be eradicated totally even by repentance and remorse). (Satan and his demonic accomplices are the ones who oppress our spouses and put thoughts into their minds. They whisper thoughts to them, impulses to act upon those thoughts. God is not pleased with the things they do, and He does send punishment upon them..just as He did His loyal servant David. If God will punish David for his actions at the promptings of satan, why would we ever even think that God will not punish our spouses. David was Gods chosen one, and the direct linage of Christ and the reason Christ is sometimes referred to as the Son of David. Repentence does not save us from the punishment and we do reap from everything we sow, just as David did).

1Ch 21:12 Three years when there will not be enough food; or three months of war, when you will go in flight before your haters, being in great danger of the sword; or three days of the sword of the Lord, disease in the land, and the angel of the Lord taking destruction through all the land of Israel. 1Ch 21:14 So the Lord sent disease on Israel, causing the death of seventy thousand men. (This passage may seem to picture God as very harsh and vindictive. It was crucially important for Him to establish in the minds of His people the importance of following His will, not that of satan or themselves. It is a serious matter to act against Gods will in a flagrant manner. The destruction here seems enormous – but if later generations profit from this lesson, it will have served its purpose. Even in exercising His wrath, God does what is right and just. The most faithful of Gods people make mistakes. King Davids command was evil and brought Gods judgement. Even judgement brought evidence of Gods mercy). (Gods punishment is right and just. It is His punishment that changes things. Fathers and mothers are the direct influence on their children, and their childrens children and on down the lineage of family. So sin committed becomes a generational curse upon familys, each generation repeating the offense they learned and the continued passing down of such sin. God will punish and stop this sin behavior to profit the entire generational lineage, which is actually merciful for the whole. It is a serious matter to act against Gods will, for spouses to go against the will of God for marriage, to bring generational sin upon their children and the generations to follow. Gods intents are always for the good, to establish in the minds of His people the importance to follow His will and not that of satan. You may feel like your spouse is getting away with their sin, but this will not be allowed and in Gods timing they will suffer the wrath of God to get them turned back around).

Job 1:12 And the Lord said to the Satan, See, I give all he has into your hands, only do not put a finger on the man himself. And the Satan went out from before the Lord. Job 42:7 And it came about, after he had said these words to Job, that the Lord said to Eliphaz the Temanite, I am very angry with you and your two friends, because you have not said what is right about me, as my servant Job has. Job 42:8 And now, take seven oxen and seven sheep, and go to my servant Job, and give a burned offering for yourselves, and my servant Job will make prayer for you, that I may not send punishment on you; because you have not said what is right about me, as my servant Job has. Job 42:10 And the Lord made up to Job for all his losses, after he had made prayer for his friends: and all Job had before was increased by the Lord twice as much. (God tested Jobs faith. Job shows Gods revelation can occur in unexpected situations – tragedy, suffering, debate with friends, and debate with God. Such revelation shows God is the author of hope and forgiveness, not evil, suffering, and legalistic religion. God permitted satan to test Jobs faith. Job was obedient and provided an example of obedience to all Christ’s followers. The author did not specify whether Jobs children were conscious of their sin, the crucial factor was the mind of Job himself. Acting as priest for his family, his preoccupation was pleasing God. He sought to intercede with God on behalf of his family. Prayer for sinners is a constant duty of Gods people, but our prayers cannot bring forgiveness for anothers sins. Each person must confess personal sin and seek personal forgiveness. Satan, not God, was the direct cause of Jobs suffering, God however remained in control of creation, and without His permission, satan could not have acted. Human beings sin because an outside force (demonic) influences people to trust their own judgements and desires rather than trusting God and His good will towards us. Gods servants designate people, like Job, who wish to do Gods will. Gods servants are ordinary people who allow God to use them according to His purposes. After all of Jobs trials and tribulations, God blessed him twice as much as He had before. This happened after Job had repented and prayed for his friends. Ultimately, every person who trusts in God will have a happy ending for his or her story). (As we impress here upon members, God allows this assault on your marriage by satan, in order to test your faith and to strengthen your faith, to bring you up levels in Himself. Trial is the way to growth in God, to be put in a position where you have absolutely nothing or no’one else you can go to for help. This is the position you are in when your spouse leaves the marriage, because there is nothing you or any other human can do to change the mind of your spouse. Only God can touch the mind and heart of your spouse, and you are totally dependant on Him to do so. When you are placed in this position, you come closer to God. You cannot help but grow in God, because you are put in a position where you have to get one on one with Him, have to pick up His word and learn it, learn His will, and learn how to do spiritual warfare. These things bring you into a new level with God, and that is the purpose of God for you in this trial and tribulation. When all is well in our lives, we are good at not paying attention, not devoting ourselves to making time for God and learning His ways and word. Trials force us into a place where we have to stop our regular routines and give attention to God. It is a season God has allowed in your life to raise you up in Him. God is testing your faith and stretching it like a rubber band, making it grow to larger then life. The revelations of God come through trial and tribulation. As we have taught here, the changing of you is more factor in this trial then the sin of your spouse, just as with Job. It was not so much about the sin of his family, but the mind of Job. The testing of Job. You likewise have been called out to be the priest of your family, to intercede for your spouse and family. God remains in control of His creation, including satan and his demonic forces as I stated in the explanation of getting into spiritual warfare. Your spouse has went into sin because an outside force (demonic) influences them to do so, to trust their own judgements and desires rather than trusting and obeying God and His good will in marriage. Gods designate people is yourself, like Job, who wish to do Gods will in your marriage instead of walking away yourself and then God uses you according to His purposes to restore your marriage. Your obedience to Him to stand and intercede for your spouse and marriage will bring you double blessings in your marriage, just as it brought Job double blessings. This is more about you, then it is about what your spouse is doing, God has control of your spouse as He has control over all His creation, including the one influencing your spouse, and His will is going to be done, He is just using this trial to bring about a new you., which will lead to a new person in your spouse and your children as well, and all those who follow in your lineage).

Zec 3:1 And he let me see Joshua, the high priest, in his place before the angel of the Lord, and the Satan at his right hand ready to take up a cause against him. (Satan means "accuser" in Hebrew. One of his roles is to bring accusations against people in the Heavenly council). Zec 3:2 And the Lord said to the Satan, May the Lord's word be sharp against you, O Satan, the word of the Lord who has taken Jerusalem for himself: is this not a burning branch pulled out of the fire? (Satan does not care for your spouse or the other person, if one applies. He influences them to do his bidding, but he also accuses them before God when they do. He is loyal to none, and satan himself accuses so that God will give permission to satan to extract a punishment upon the person who sins. This is how a persons own sin does them in, how their sin overcomes them. God turns them over to their sin and their sin itself brings punishment upon them. God is in control however, and like with Job, He only allows satan to do so much to the sinner. Satan was the influence behind Joshua’s sin, and satan was there to accuse him of that sin before the Lord, but Joshua’s ultimate ending was redemption in the Lord, the branch being pulled back out of the fire. Your spouse as well will be pulled back out of the fire, once God allows their sin to overcome them and they are brought to pure misery in their sin).

Mat 4:1 Then Jesus was sent by the Spirit into the waste land to be tested by the Evil One. (Jesus responded to all he said with) Mat 4:4 But he made answer and said, It is in the Writings..... Mat 4:10 Then said Jesus to him, Away, Satan: for it is in the Writings, Give worship to the Lord your God and be his servant only. Mat 4:11 Then the Evil One went away from him, and angels came and took care of him. (We are to follow Jesus in how we defeat satan from our marriage and lives. We speak the written word of God..â€It is written that God says what He has joined together, let no one separateâ€. It is written that the adulteresses/adulterers lips drip honey and her/his speech is as smooth as oil, but in the end she/her is as bitter as gallâ€. It is the word of God, and the word of God defeats satan and makes him go away).

Mat 13:37 And he made answer and said, He who puts the good seed in the earth is the Son of man; Mat 13:38 And the field is the world; and the good seed is the sons of the kingdom; and the evil seeds are the sons of the Evil One; Mat 13:39 And he who put them in the earth is Satan; and the getting in of the grain is the end of the world; and those who get it in are the angels. Mat 13:40 As then the evil plants are got together and burned with fire, so will it be in the end of the world. Mat 13:41 The Son of man will send out his angels, and they will take out of his kingdom everything which is a cause of error, and all those who do wrong, Mat 13:42 And will put them into the fire; there will be weeping and cries of sorrow. Mat 13:43 Then will the upright be shining as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him give ear. (Satan caused the weeds in Gods world. Weeds are “sons†or followers of satan. At the end of this world, those who do evil will be punished. Satan has power to deceive and delay. He does not have power to win the final victory. Both God and satan seek to win followers in this world. God allows satan’s work to flourish for a while to prevent the destruction of His own followers. Judgment for sin may be delayed, but it cannot be escaped. Present circumstances may indicate righteousness is foolish and unrewarding, but ultimately the righteous will receive their just rewards). (Satan has power to deceive and delay, to deceive your spouse into sinning and to delay the restoration through you in your inability to become like Job, having full trust and faith in God and His word and will for your marriage. Note though that never does he have the power to win the final victory. Remember that he can only do what God allows for Gods purposes. We have established that Gods purpose of trial and tribulation is to test you and your faith…and it is you and your faith that will hinder the restoration, your lack of such that satan will use to cause delay. Restoration is assured because it is the written word of God, but God has purpose in this trial you are in, to bring you into a closer revelation of Him and relationship with Him. The given…the restoration itself..will be delayed as long as it takes for God to get you to where He needs you and the purpose He allowed this for. If you feel like you are there, then you may be or you may not be. God knows what all He wants you to gain, and sometimes we cannot even recognize some of those things until we get the revelation. Revelations come from God, they are not something that we can see and know before they come to us. But if you are still in delay when you know you are where God wants you to be, and I still say there is no way for us to know this, I have felt that way many times and then surprisingly God did slam a revelation home to me about something I needed to change that I thought I was fine in, but there is another purpose that also has to complete, and that is your spouses sin overcoming them and teaching them a lesson of truth and obdediance to God, so that they can come to the place of wanting change in themselves as well..of which you will be the priestly example for that spouse and your family). Judgement and punishment of sin can be delayed but never will it be escaped. And even though there are times when we feel like all that we are doing is yielding us nothing, that it is just foolishness for us to keep perservering in this stand, the word reminds us that ultimately we will receive the reward of perservering, the reward will come in Gods timing when all His purposes are completed).

Mat 16:22 And Peter, protesting, said to him, Be it far from you, Lord; it is impossible that this will come about. Mat 16:23 But he, turning to Peter, said, Get out of my way, Satan: you are a danger to me because your mind is not on the things of God, but on the things of men. (Jesus was tempted by a close friend, Simon Peter. The evil one sought to keep Jesus from suffering as Gods Messiah. So did Peter, and Jesus recognized the voice of the ancient enemy in the solicitous concern of a friend. Jesus replied that Peter was speaking the devils will and that such concerns had to be put behind Him as He set about His determined march to the cross. Peter represents our human tendency to avoid suffering and unwittingly accommodate ourselves to a realm ruled by satan. To belong to Christ is to follow His way of self denial. All other roads are laid out by satan). (Many of you have come to me questioning your stand because someone you trust and think of as a Godly person has advised you that you should just move on, that your spouse has freewill, that you just need to accept it and move on yourself, that you are being foolish in standing for your spouse and marriage. Peter was a faithful follower of Christ, yet even satan used him, put it into his mind, to try to stop Jesus from going to the cross, from doing the will of the Father. Those around you can either be deceived outright by satan, his lies about the word of God, his lies about freewill, about marriage and divorce, and some of those around you could be influenced by your suffering, just wanting to stop your pain because it makes them uncomfortable. The accommodate themselves to satans influence to stop you in either case. Do not listen to those doomsayers, because even though they may go to church and normally be upright persons, good friends to you, they are accommodating themselves to the lies of satan to try to stop you from being obedient to God, to stop you from receiving your miracle. There is no greater miracle then salvation, as Christs intentions were in the going to the cross for all of us. Peter, tried to stop salvation at satans influence into his mind. Satan still tries to stop miracles and salvation, this time of your spouse. Rebuke what those people say and only listen to what God says. Remember Peter the next time someone gives you false advise).

Luk 10:16 Whoever gives ear to you, gives ear to me; and whoever is against you, is against me; and whoever is against me, is against him who sent me. Luk 10:17 And the seventy came back with joy, saying, Lord, even the evil spirits are under our power in your name. Luk 10:18 And he said, I was watching for Satan, falling from heaven like a star. Luk 10:19 See, I have given you power to put your feet on snakes and evil beasts, and over all the strength of him who is against you: and nothing will do you damage. Luk 10:20 Do not be glad, however, because you have power over spirits, but because your names are recorded in heaven. (Satan is the tempter and accuser who brings charges against people before the Heavenly throne. His defeat and ouster from Heaven became sure when Christ gave His power over satanic forces to His church. The church must be intent on defeating satan. It is a call to confess Gods power and certain victory over all that opposes Him. Evil is subject to followers of Christ. These signs, revealed through the disciples, teach the nature and purpose of God. He makes good to rule evil and redeems all who submit to His loving and good will. Gods people are to rejoice more that they have received His mercy and forgiveness then in their power over evil spirits). (We are Christ’s church, each and every one of us. Our bodies are temples of Christ. So when we think of the church, it is not a building in which we go to worship God, it is ourselves. Christ gave you power of satanic forces and you must mind set to defeat satan. Anything that opposes the word of God is of satan, and you are to confess Gods power given to you and victory over all that opposes God. Satan and evil are subject to you. God rules evil, He is the creator of all and He is in control, and through you evil is driven out and your spouse is redeemed. You have the power, and if you submit to Gods will for your marriage, and use that power invested in you through Christ, you will drive out the evil from your spouse and marriage. Rejoicing over that, praising and worshipping God for the power and mercy in your situation through that power that He gives you, is much more important then just rejoicing over the power you have against satan and his forces. Praise and worship in thanks for what God has given you is one of the most powerful things you can do for your restoration. It is one of the most important keys to your restoration miracle. During my active stand I went to my home church sanctuary every night and praised and worshipped God in thanks for a couple of hours. I asked my Pastor permission to have free access to the church after hours, and he provided me with a key to get in. He showed me how to use the sound system and lights, and every night I went into the sanctuary alone, sometimes even at midnight if a church event was going on that evening, and I would put the lights on dim and load praise and worship cds in the sound system and I would dance and sing before the Lord in thanks. The Holy Spirit always met me there, for we enter into Gods courts with praise and worship, the Holy Spirit comes to us when we praise Him. The Spirit would take over and I would go on and on until the Spirit brought me to a end in the vigil, and it was always two hours, but it always seemed to pass quickly because there is nothing like being in the presence of God..it is glorious. Most nights when the Spirit would bring me to the point of end, God would give me a word for my marriage, or someone elses. I did this for a couple of months, then would take a week or so break and go again for a couple of months, and did so until my spouse came home. I truly believe it was one of the greatest keys to my victory. I knew that Gods word could not fail, so my restoration was assured, and for me it was more a time to worship and get close to God, to thank Him for all He was doing in me and in my spouse and marriage).

Luk 22:3 And Satan came into Judas Iscariot, who was one of the twelve. Luk 22:4 And he went away and had a discussion with the chief priests and the rulers, about how he might give him up to them. Luk 22:5 And they were glad, and undertook to give him money. Luk 22:6 And he made an agreement with them to give him up to them, if he got a chance, when the people were not present. (Satans control over Judas did not relieve Judas of guilt. Satan cannot make us do what we do not choose to allow him to do. As did Jesus, we have the power to resist satan and temptation if our faith is strong). (As I have always taught, there is a door open by which satan and his demonic forces come in. Satan cannot force himself upon us, we do something that allows satan to come in and get a foothold. This could be something very obvious, such as wrong things in the household in the way of movies or books displeasing to God, or a sin we commit. It could be just strife between you and your spouse…which God tells us to not strife with one another. When there is something in our lives that is not pleasing to God, satan will come, he is the accuser remember, and he will oppress the person and try to influence them into sin. You have heard me state that any thought satan or his demonic forces put into our minds, we have mere seconds to cast it down or it can seed, and then that seed can root and grow, we move from pondering on the injected thought of satan to obsessing about it and then to acting upon it. Much like a scenario I have given of a man passing a woman in the office and satan injecting a thought of the woman being attractive. Then satan influences more encounters and friendly chitchat, and then lunch together, and then next thing you know they are in a full fledged affair. This all began with that one wayward thought of the woman being attractive. The man pondered the thought instead of casting it down. Then satan orchestrated talk in the office and just kept getting things cozier and cozier between the two. We however have the power of God to reject and cast down, to be aware of the danger zone we are treading in and to get out fast. When we instead give in and follow, satan and his demonic forces will overcome us and take over for their purposes, and their purposes or to steal, kill and destroy).

Luk 22:31 Simon, Simon, Satan has made a request to have you, so that he may put you to the test as grain is tested: Luk 22:32 But I have made prayer for you, that your faith may not go from you: and when you are turned again, make your brothers strong. Luk 22:33 And he said to him, Lord, I am ready to go with you to prison and to death. Luk 22:34 And he said, I say to you, Peter, before the ****'s second cry today, you will say three times that you have no knowledge of me. (Peter, like all of us, did not realize how treacherous it is to make rash commitments that satan can use to his advantage. Satan has power over us only when faith fails. Christ prays for us and waits to restore us. We can learn from our failures and use the experience to strengthen others so satan cannot use them). (There are several teachings that could relate to this verse and instruction. Rash commitments makes me think of making rash vows to God. Ideally, in everything in our life, we should seek God. When we choose a spouse, we should only seek God, let God bring us the spouse He chooses for us. But how many of us seek and wait upon God to bring our ideal spouse? I hear about believers marrying unbelievers, thinking it will be okay, they will bring that person to the cross, and then they have a mess in a house divided, as God warns strongly about. Not waiting on God and just making rash commitments can bring us much grief. But like Simon, it is not an excuse to sit down and let go. Simon did exactly what Christ said he would, he denied Christ three times when the going got rough. But he did not keep on denying, he repented and he went on doing the will of Christ. Marriage is a commitment, a vow to God, and when the going gets rough, we are to keep on going in God. You may have made a mistake along the line, did not listen to God or wait on God in the choosing of your spouse, may have walked away from one marriage and are now suffering in a subsequent marriage, which we do reap what we sow, but you made a vow and must honor that vow now. Satan does sift us like wheat, and God allows us to be sifted…the testing of Job, the testing of you in this tribulation you are in. A test as to if you are going to honor the commitment made to Him in your marriage. Your spouse also was sifted like wheat, put to the test, and they failed because you are here reading this. They denied Christ in just the same way when they chose to listen to satan and do his bidding instead of Gods. But there is hope, just like with Simon, in them being turned back again and God will use them to witness to others when they are, to help strengthen others. Jesus prays for them and waits to restore them. And we are to pray for them and wait for the restoration as well. Likewise we, from this trial, also strengthen others to follow in the same trial).

John 13:2 So while a meal was going on, the Evil One having now put it into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, to be false to him, John 13:27 And when Judas took the bread Satan went into him. (Even though satan may prompt one to sin, the choice to submit is still that of the individual. John related the betrayal of Jesus not only to Judas, but also to the source of all betrayal, the evil one satan. John speaks of Judas as betrayer from the beginning. Jesus did not choose Judas so that he would betray Him. Jesus had to be betrayed, but Judas did not have to do it. All of the disciples were potential betrayers of Christ, as are all of His disciples today. The difference between Peter and Judas is that Peter sought forgiveness, Judas did not. Satan entered into Judas as he does into all willing persons. Judas must be held responsible for his betrayal and we for ours. When Jesus perceived Judas and the high priest’s soldiers coming, He looked behind them to the ultimate betrayer, the prince of this world, satan). (Satan is behind all sin, all betrayal, the betrayal of your spouse against you and your marriage. All sin comes from satan. Satan cannot get in if we are doing right and walking with God. Your spouse by whatever means gave satan access, the initial choosing to listen to satan, fall to his temptation was on your spouse. It gave satan a foothold by which satan was able to totally overcome your spouse and now has control. Your spouse will be punished as we talked about in the first passage and that punishment will bring them back to the cross. Peter sought forgiveness and went on to continue service to God. Judas was overcome by guilt over what he had done, and instead of just seeking forgiveness, he took his own life. It is very obvious that Judas suffered even more greatly then Peter for the offense committed against God. He did not even consider seeking forgiveness and going on in that forgiveness, he punished himself in the most severe way. But all in all, the offense against God brought great misery which resulted in repentance or horrible death with great remorse being behind both outcomes. Those in sin against God will suffer great misery and Godly sorrow).

Act 5:1 But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession, Act 5:2 And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet. Act 5:3 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land? Act 5:4 Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God. Act 5:7 And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not knowing what was done, came in. Act 5:8 And Peter answered unto her, Tell me whether ye sold the land for so much? And she said, Yea, for so much. Act 5:9 Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out. Act 5:10 Then fell she down straightway at his feet, and yielded up the ghost: and the young men came in, and found her dead, and, carrying her forth, buried her by her husband. (The greed of Ananias and Sapphira produced pre-meditated deception. This is high handed sin against the Holy Spirit. They died, and the early church interpreted it as Gods judgement on their deception. Perhaps they died of shock at the embarrassing scene. This may have been the first death experienced in the church after the resurrection. It shocked the congregation, striking them with holy fear. Exactly how God causes miracles to happen, we do not know. He may use natural laws of life and death. He may intervene directly. To use religion and religious acts to gain is a serious sin. Using deception to make the act appear greater then it is compounds the sin. Such an act is not simply a game of deception fooling friends. It is a lie told to God in the Person of the Spirit. We dare not take lightly our religious acts or promises. God does not take us lightly). (I included this passage, because there are many ways of greed and gain for an individual and using religion as an excuse. Christian spouses go out with another woman and state they are okay with God in doing such, and even give false doctrine to justify their actions. When we falsify the word of God in order to satisfy our own fleshly desires and gain for our flesh, and then try to make sinful behavior okay with God, to our peers, by twisting His truths about the behavior, this is lying to the Spirit as well. Again, satan is the one behind all betrayal, and in all betrayal it is not just against man but against God. Your spouse is not just sinning against you, more importantly they are sinning against God, they are lying to God, cheating on God. Many of your spouses are using religious acts to cover their sin. They are sitting in church and presenting themselves as Christians. Many are even sitting in those churches besides adulteresses and adulterers, and they think they are okay. This scripture clearly denotes that they are not lying to man, but to God in doing this. To use religion or religious acts in their sin is a serious sin against God. They will not get away with it, they are making a mockery of Christ, of the Holy Spirit).

(To Saul on the road to Damascus) Acts 26:16 But get up on your feet: for I have come to you for this purpose, to make you a servant and a witness of the things in which you have seen me, and of those in which you will see me; Acts 26:17 And I will keep you safe from the people, and from the Gentiles, to whom I send you, Acts 26:18 To make their eyes open, turning them from the dark to the light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may have forgiveness of sins and a heritage among those who are made holy by faith in me. (God reveals Himself in crucial moments in our lives, when we least expect it, and turns evil experiences into redemptive opportunities). (I think this speaks clearly for itself. Get up on your feet standers, God has come to you, brought this trial to you for this purpose, to make you a servant and a witness of things you will see God in. He will keep you safe from people, from your spouse and the other person, from attorneys and judges, to make their eyes open and turning them to the Lord, from darkness to light, and from the power of satan to the power of God, so they can be redeemed. God uses and does all things for the good of those who love Him. He loves you, and He keeps you and your marriage in the palm of His hand, and builds you up in Him, making you a true servant and warrior for His kingdom, to be a witness to His power and mercy).

Rom 16:17 Now, it is my desire, brothers, that you will take note of those who are causing division and trouble among you, quite against the teaching which was given to you: and keep away from them. Rom 16:18 For such people are not servants of the Lord Christ, but of their stomachs; and by their smooth and well-said words the hearts of those who have no knowledge of evil are tricked. Rom 16:19 For all have knowledge of how you do what you are ordered. For this reason I have joy in you, but it is my desire that you may be wise in what is good, and without knowledge of evil. Rom 16:20 And the God of peace will be crushing Satan under your feet before long. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. (Innocence and wisdom can go together. One must be alert to the dragging down effects of those whose purposes are alien to the gospel. Once these purposes are recognized and it is obvious such people cannot be won to the gospel, they should be avoided. The church on earth is not perfect. Some members sinfully serve selfish desires instead of Christ. We must turn away from them and work with Gods faithful and truthful leaders). (Again, this speaks about those who give you false advise to move on, the freewill speech, and all we spoke of above..trying to lead you astray of God and obedience to God in your marriage. They are deceived by satan themselves. Keep away from them, do not share or discuss with them your marriage or stand any more. Do not give satan space to drag you down through them. Even if it is your Pastor, if he is giving false word to you, then you need to seek a different church. You do not want to be lead by one who accommodates satan. Note that the passage ends that God will be crushing satan under your feet!).

1Co 5:5 That this man is to be handed over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, so that his spirit may have forgiveness in the day of the Lord Jesus. (God can use treatment of a person to discipline the person, leading that individual to repentence and restoration with Gods people. Satan does not intend to help a person towards salvation. Anyone outside of the fellowship of the church is under satans power. A believer cannot live under such conditions and will eventually return to God or die). (Your spouse has treated you badly, betrayed you, and this again is a verse speaking about how your spouses sin itself will be their discipline that leads to repentance and restoration to God and yourself. Your spouse, if Christian, cannot live under the conditions of sin, and ultimately will come to one or the other, returning to God or dying, and Peter and Judas are examples of this. Both stemmed from their misery in their sin. Note that just because your spouse sits in church does not mean they are in fellowship. When in sin, one is out of fellowship with God. We are the church remember, and our bodies the temple of Christ, and when sin is in us, the Spirit is gone from us. We cannot walk in both darkness and light, it is one or the other. Your spouse is out of fellowship with God, and they cannot continue this way. Satan influences them into the sin, and he accuses them of the sin so that they are turned over to him for destruction. Their sin will destroy them to the point that they either turn back from it or they die in the acute misery. Sin is never a fun trip, it will continue to get more miserable driving the person towards death. It’s a one way ticket to hell, both in living in it as well as literally).

2Co 2:10 But if you give forgiveness to anyone, I do the same: for if I have given forgiveness for anything, I have done it because of you, in the person of Christ; 2Co 2:11 So that Satan may not get the better of us: for we are not without knowledge of his designs. (Evil & Suffering, satan: Satan is involved in relationships seeking to bring hurt and division. When love and forgiveness do not characterize the church, satan wins. We must not ever underestimate his deceptive resourcefulness). (Satan has brought the division in your marriage, just again another statement that satan is behind all sin and division. God calls us to forgiveness for our spouses, and to love them unconditionally. I have had standers that suddenly give up, declaring that they just cannot love this person who has betrayed them. I have seen it mostly in male standers who have wives in adultery, and they allow their pride to overcome their obedience to God. They follow their flesh and decide that they just do not want their spouse anymore. It really does not matter what we want, more importantly is what God wants and expects of us. Which is to love the unlovable. To forgive and to love them back to the cross. To allow Him to give us the love for our spouse when our flesh cannot gather it up. Satan is His enemy, and He gave His only begotten Son to save us from that enemy. Jesus could undergo the betrayal of man and the torture of scouraging and crucifixtion to save us, but we cannot withstand the betrayal of a spouse to save them and our marriages. That is sad. We just hand our spouses over and give satan the victory over them and our marriages. That is not honoring God nor Christ in what He did for us).

2Co 11:2 For I have a very great care for you: because you have been married by me to one husband, and it is my desire to give you completely holy to Christ. 2Co 11:3 But I have a fear, that in some way, as Eve was tricked by the deceit of the snake, your minds may be turned away from their simple and holy love for Christ. 2Co 11:13 For such men are false Apostles, workers of deceit, making themselves seem like Apostles of Christ. 2Co 11:14 And it is no wonder; for even Satan himself is able to take the form of an angel of light. 2Co 11:15 So it is no great thing if his servants make themselves seem to be servants of righteousness; whose end will be the reward of their works. (Symbolizing the church as the bride of Christ, represents the body of believers in Christ. False leaders of the body preach a different gospel based on human achievement. They win influence over Christians by treachery and deceit. Satan is deceptive. Satan assumes the form of an angel to deceive people. Only spiritual maturity and insight protect us from the master of deceit. He uses people in the church to deceive Gods people. Such agents or instruments of satan have no part in Christian hope). (Yet another passage concerning those who try to lead you away from the truth and what God has called you to do. But I loved this passage. For me, concerning restoration, it took on more meaning. I have spoke often about the sacredness of marriage between a husband and wife to God. How God compares a marriage covenant between a man and woman to the salvation covenant between us and Christ. That marriage covenant is the second highest covenant in degree of sacredness to God..and hence the reference between the two. So this passage also spoke to me about how God has given us to be married by Him to one husband and vice versa. And to keep that covenant holy, keeping us holy to Christ in that covenant. And as Eve was tricked by the deceit of the snake, your minds may be turned away from their simple and holy love for Christ. The spouses mind being tricked by satan and them led into sin against the marriage, turning away from their love of Christ and obedience to God, as well as those trying to lead you away from your stand, and your mind being turned away from your love of Christ…in that you will not be obedient to God and His word and truth and go into sin yourself in not standing as called to do).

2Co 12:7 And because the revelations were so very great, in order that I might not be overmuch lifted up, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, one sent from Satan to give me pain. 2Co 12:8 And about this thing I made request to the Lord three times that it might be taken away from me. 2Co 12:9 And he said to me, My grace is enough for you, for my power is made complete in what is feeble. Most gladly, then, will I take pride in my feeble body, so that the power of Christ may be on me. 2Co 12:10 So I take pleasure in being feeble, in unkind words, in needs, in cruel attacks, in troubles, on account of Christ: for when I am feeble, then am I strong. (Satan, not God, is the immediate cause of physical and emotional suffering. Satan gave Paul the thorn to torment him and divert him from faith and ministry. God allowed satan to torment Paul and used satans instrument of torment to increase Pauls faith. Gods grace is the power to endure a heavy burden or difficult problem. This particular hardship was a blessing in disguise, in one sense, for it produced strength of character. It also made Paul rely upon Gods help in carrying this burden. Gods power is made more real to us when we are faced with our limitations and weaknesses). (Again we see that God allows satan to bring our tribulation, and God uses that tribulation to increase us in Him, in our faith, in wisdom of God. God makes Himself real to us in this trial, like we have never known Him before. Gods grace is sufficient to get you through the trial also. I have always said that to be in this trial and to be called upon God for this trial is actually an honor, and we should have pleasure in the thought that God found us worthy to be brought into a closer relationship with Him and to be able to endure the trial with His grace).

1Th 2:18 For which reason we made attempts to come to you, even I, Paul, once and again; but Satan kept us from coming. (Part of satans strategy is to change or delay the churchs missionary efforts). (Again, we see a verse stating that satans goal is to change or delay your (the church) mission. It is his stategy as I have taught many times. It is his only defense. Delays will hopefully cause you to become disheartened and give up and walk away letting him win. And we are the ones who enable him to delay as we have talked about. How can satan change our efforts, one way is coming as an angel of light, bringing another person into the circumstance and like your spouse, convincing you that God wants you to move on with this other person. Or just getting you so weakened in your flesh that you just fall to your own fleshly desires, you choose them over Gods plan and will in your marriage. Satan gets you to change direction. Guard yourself and remain in obedience to God and His word).

2Th 2:9 Even the one whose coming is marked by the working of Satan, with all power and signs and false wonders, 2Th 2:10 And with every deceit of wrongdoing among those whose fate is destruction; because they were quite without that love of the true faith by which they might have salvation. 2Th 2:11 And for this cause, God will give them up to the power of deceit and they will put their faith in what is false: 2Th 2:12 So that they all may be judged, who had no faith in what is true, but took pleasure in evil. (Satans power will not be curbed until the end of time. He will exploit those who are not able to distinguish his source. Sinful people in all ages lose the ability to recognize evil. When we grow in fellowship with God, neither satan nor his representatives on earth can trick us into believing his falsehoods. Satan is in the deception business and we must beware of his powers. Gods miracles point to love, and this is how we can recognize things of God. The one sovereign God controls the fate of all persons. He has allowed evil to exist as a judgement on human sin and a test of human freedom. People who love lawlessness rather than God and follow lies rather than Gods truth have chosen condemnation rather then eternal life. God has chosen to let evil triumph over those who choose evil and reject Him). (Another statement that God allows us to be tested, our spouses, and if we fail the test our own sin will serve as judgment and punishment. God controls the fate of everyone. He and He alone will be judge and jury and decide who enters into His kingdom and who does not. Likewise He is control of everyone’s actions here on earth, man may make his plans, but God directs his steps. When a man/woman is already sealed unto Him by the Holy Spirit, you can be sure that God will not let that person run head strong into the fate of eternal damnation, he will allow satan to use their sin against them as punishment. He allows their own sin to triumph over them and bring them low. Those who totally reject Him, His salvation plan, their sin will triumph over them as well to eternal damnation. Gods word is law, and anyone who does not follow that law is a person of lawlessness, and satan has influenced your spouse to choose condemnation over God and eternal life. They, even as Christians, are no better off then the unbeliever and their fate would be the same if they did not turn back. So even when ones spouse is saved, when they are going against God and His laws, being men and women of lawlessness, they are choosing condemnation and are no more saved at this time then the unbeliever. God calls you to work with Him to bring them back to a fate of eternal life. They had freedom to choose to either follow the enemy into sin or to rebuke him and remain true to the law, they did not recognize the evil placed before them, they were duped by satan. They do not have freedom to keep running in that condition when a child of God though. Their sin will bring them so low that they will cry out for redemption as we seen in prior scriptures above. It is Gods purpose in allowing their own sin to defeat them. It does not defeat us, it only defeats them. Do not let their sin bring you low, instead know that their sin will actually bring them low and turn them back, and that is the plan of God, so rejoice that He is in control of their fate).

1Ti 1:9 With the knowledge that the law is made, not for the upright man, but for those who have no respect for law and order, for evil men and sinners, for the unholy and those who have no religion, for those who put their fathers or mothers to death, for takers of life, 1Ti 1:10 For those who go after loose women, for those with unnatural desires, for those who take men prisoners, who make false statements and false oaths, and those who do any other things against the right teaching, 1Ti 1:18 This order I give to you, Timothy my son, in harmony with the words of the prophets about you, so that by them you may be strong, fighting the good fight, 1Ti 1:19 Keeping faith, and being conscious of well-doing; for some, by not doing these things, have gone wrong in relation to the faith: 1Ti 1:20 Such are Hymenaeus and Alexander, whom I have given up to Satan, so that they may say no more evil words against God. (God lets satan punish us at times to lead us away from wicked behavior and back to Him. Paul warned Timothy that it was possible to shipwreck his faith and have to be handed to satan for discipline). (Your believing spouse has shipwrecked their own faith and you can be sure that God is handing them over to satan, to their sin, for punishment that will lead them away from their wicked behavior and back to Him, and to you. Spouses who quote false doctrine to justify their actions, spouses who claim they are alright with God in what they are doing, they are speaking evil words against God. They are speaking the lies of the devil, and God will not tolerate this. He will give them up to satan, the accuser, for punishment to stop their evil words against Him. God wants you to be strong and fight the good fight, to keep faith and be conscious of doing well in this battle for your spouse, because those who give up and themselves walk away, they have ship wrecked their faith as well and will suffer greatly for that. Simply, it is one or the other, darkness or light, lies of satan or truth of God, there is no middle ground in between the two, and one chooses to follow satan, his lies and to walk in darkness or to follow God, His truth and to walk in the light. There are no excuses or rationalizations in choosing satans bidding. There is only our own weakness and decision, the choice to endure with God or to give up to satan. To give up is to walk in darkness, just as much as our spouses are walking in darkness, it is walking through a dark suffocating shipwreck of our faith and we bump into things in the dark, it is a scary place of obstacles that bang and bruise us up, until we are so beaten up that we again cry out to God to bring us out and back into the light. Why would anyone want to detour through the dark place? Endure and follow the law of God, remain in the light praying your spouse out of the dark place and like Job you will be rewarded).

1Ti 5:8 If anyone has no care for his family and those in his house, he is false to the faith, and is worse than one who has no faith. 1Ti 5:15 For even now some are turned away to Satan. (Satan uses the good natural desires God created to tempt us to lose self control. Following sexual desires outside marriage is following satan). (Even the theologian specifically points out sexual desire outside of marriage as a following of satan. Pointing out that a person who would do this to their family and those in their house is false to the faith and is worse then one who has no faith at all. What does that say about your Christian spouse who is out with another and having no care for you and your children, their family. It states they have turned away to satan..yet they will sit in the church and feel alright with God. I have had many of you come to me fretting, saying your spouse is Christian and in church and it seems like they are doing well, like they are having no conviction over what they are doing, and the feeling that maybe they are okay with God, maybe God forgives them and they are free to move on with this other person. That is pure lies of satan. God has said many times in these scriptures that to use religion in their sin is great sin against Him, lying to the Spirit. That they are worse then one that has no faith at all. Do not be deceived, the wrath of God upon them is more then on one who does not use religion to cover their sin. He will make them stop speaking evil words against Him, trust in that).

Rev 2:2 I have knowledge of your doings, and of your hard work and long waiting, and that you will not put up with evil men, and have put to the test those who say they are Apostles and are not, and have seen that they are false; (Evil & suffering: Endurance) Rev 2:9 I have knowledge of your troubles and how poor you are but you have true wealth, and the evil words of those who say they are Jews, and are not, but are a Synagogue of Satan. (The Christians at Smyra knew that their real opposition was inspired by satan. If they were faithful, they would be rewarded. Those who opposed them in the name of religion were actually serving satan though they said they were worshipping God. Religious beliefs must always be tested by the ethical teachings of scripture to ensure it is not satans instrument). (Seems to be a choice topic of Gods also, those who oppose the law in the name of religion are actually serving satan, though they say they are worshipping God. God sees your hard work and long waiting and that you do not listen to or put up with evil persons, and that you put to the test those who say they are of God and actually are not because they are following satan and his lies against God. They are false, but you are true and God will reward you. God knows your troubles and how poor you are…long suffering, but He tells you that you have true wealth, spiritual wealth that is worth so much more then anything else you could have. He will reward your endurance to the end. We cannot know individually how long we will have to endure, but the only thing that matters is that we do endure to the end…it is Gods timing and He has purpose in that timing. His timing is the best timing. He is not uncaring about your troubles and suffering, He loves you and He is pleased with you that you are enduring through that suffering. His reward will be so much greater then any long suffering you go through. We suffer greatly in childbirth, but then we forget that suffering when we hold the reward of that labor. This is like childbirth, and you are long laboring to birth a spiritual blessing. There is nothing greater then the repentance of one man, it makes the angels in Heaven all stop what they are doing and rejoice at the moment it happens. You are laboring and birthing the repentance and redemption of your beloved spouse, and the new and transformed spouse that comes from that is well worth the long labor. It is true wealth for both of you).

Rev 2:13 I have knowledge that your living-place is where Satan has his seat: and you are true to my name, and were not turned away from your faith in me, even in the days of Antipas, my true witness, who was put to death among you, where Satan has his place. (Satan can work through political rulers who oppose God and His people. Living in such circumstances calls for total devotion and faith). Rev 2:14 But I have some things against you, because you have with you those who keep the teaching of Balaam, by whose suggestion Balak made the children of Israel go out of the right way, taking food which was offered to false gods, and going after the desires of the flesh. (The plague that struck Israel while in Shittim (Nu 25:1-8) was blamed on Balaam, who lured the Midianite women to entice the Israelite men (Nu 31:16). In a similar manner, Christians can also be enticed to accept local standards of religiosity that contradict the gospel. Religion that encourages immorality and lawlessness is sin). (Note that as I have told you many times, we live where satan has seat. That man, man in high places, judges are some of those men, opposes God and us His people, by handing out mans divorce decrees so lightly. They are under the teachings of Balaam, and note that the theologian states this passage was about the Midianite women enticing Israelite men…it was sexual sin. People in this world are enticed by satan and his instruments (humans) to accept local standards of religiosity that contradict the laws of God, the gospel. Even Christians have been enticed, your Christian spouses who are accepting satans standards for marriage, those who advise you to let them go are accepting satans standards. Judges who issue divorces, Pastors who say it is okay to divorce for adultery, this is religious teaching that encourages immorality and lawlessness in sin, and they are following satan. They are like Balak leading the children of God out of the right way of God, and God has something against them. As the theologian states, living in this world under such circumstances calls for you to have total devotion and faith. That devotion and faith will protect you from these standards of religiosity that contradict the gospel. When you are willing to keep the law of God, God will make sure that His law keeps you. He has control of these men of lawlessness, He can and will direct their steps from Heaven. You just need to have total devotion and faith to that fact).

Rev 2:20 But I have this against you, that you let the woman Jezebel say she is a prophet and give false teaching, making my servants go after the desires of the flesh and take food offered to false gods. Rev 2:21 And I gave her time for a change of heart, but she has no mind to give up her unclean ways. Rev 2:22 See, I will put her into a bed, and those who make themselves unclean with her, into great trouble, if they go on with her works. Rev 2:23 And I will put her children to death; and all the churches will see that I am he who makes search into the secret thoughts and hearts of men: and I will give to every one of you the reward of your works. (Jezebel was one of the most notorious queens in Israel, who led the nation into the immoral practices of Baal worship, she led Gods people to sin. The woman Jezebel stands as a reminder of the insideous influence of false teachers tolerated by the members of a church. Through her seductive teaching, she had somehow convinced Christians at Thyatira that idolatry and fornication were acceptable. Heresy flourishes where sound Christian teaching lags. The New Testiment clearly warns people who do not repent of evil that they will be punished. Physical and emotional suffering are means God uses to punish such people. God the Son is pictured here in verse 23, as the judge who acts out of His perfect wisdom and pure righteousness. His righteousness is expressed as wrath against evil. He knows persons and activities which threaten His church, and He acts to protect His church). (Again more statement that your spouse and the other person will be punished. My book, Jezebel Conspiracy is revelation that God has given me over a two year period concerning the Jezebel spirit that works in marriages. Jezebel is a spirit of adultery, a spirit that works in the adulteress in the taking captive of your spouse. This revelation is much too indept to tell you in any short notation, and the reason God instructed me to write the book. But I just wanted to note that Jezebel is a key spirit involved in adultery, and God will cast her down into a bed and those who make themselves unclean with her (your spouse), into great trouble, if they go on with her works. Your spouse is assured to suffer greatly with the adulteress, God will make sure of that..hence her becoming as bitter as wormwood, as bitter as gall).

Rev 2:24 But to you I say, to the rest in Thyatira, even to those who have not this teaching, and have no knowledge of the secrets of Satan, as they say; I put on you no other weight. (A wicked woman in the church can appear brilliant by teaching secret knowledge others have never heard. Such teaching must be tested by the doctrinal and eithical teachings of scripture. Too often enticing secrets come from satan, not God. Gods people never become holy enough to be able to participate in satans activities without harm). (We must always fall back on the word of God, the true doctrinal and ethical teachings of scripture. If it does not say it there, then it is not truth. On this ministry we give the pure scriptural truth about marriage, adultery and divorce. Those who tell you opposite of the doctrinal truth may appear to be brilliant and Godly, but they are ignorant in the truth, they are deceived by satan, and they really have no spiritual insight to satan and how he works. It does not matter how Godly they appear to be, how spiritual they may appear, how wise they may appear, no one is holy enough to not fall prey to the deceptions of satan if they do not test all they hear against the true word of God. Those people just accepted someone elses lie, someone that they thought was all wise in God, they never sought to test it against the scripture. Satans lies are just handed down one to another, so do not fall prey to that..seek truth always in all things. Lastly, they will not be holy enough to not suffer from the doing so either).

Rev 12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels going out to the fight with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels made war, Rev 12:8 And they were overcome, and there was no more place for them in heaven. Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was forced down, the old snake, who is named the Evil One and Satan, by whom all the earth is turned from the right way; he was forced down to the earth, and his angels were forced down with him. (Satan, the accuser, no longer has access to the Heavenly throne. Christ was born of woman, suffered, died, was raised and ascended to Heaven. Satan, the dragon, lost the Heavenly battle and was cast down to earth. Christs victory is sure. He reigns in Heaven. Christians must still endure suffering because satan is still loose on earth and enraged against Christs followers because satan knows his time is short). (As I teach you, satan and his demonic angels (demonic spirits) are walking beside you on earth, they are all around you, they are loose on this earth and they go to and fro seeking those they may devour. They especially hate us, the followers of Christ, and wish to do us in because their time is short here and they know it. They want to take as many with them as they can, and to secure a child of God is a real victory for them. They are always at the root of all trial and suffering, and they are the ones who enticed your spouse out, just as they influenced Davids mind, and all the others you have read about in this word, and they are the ones that you are fighting against to bring your spouse back out of the darkness they have sucked them into. The principalities, powers and rulers of darkness on this earthly plane. They are here for the sole purpose to turn people here on earth from the right way. It is your job to work with God, to enforce the laws of God in your life and marriage, to bring them back out from under that influence. Know who your real enemy is, who is really turning your spouse to the wrong way, and fight them, not your spouse).

CONTINUED...

Rev 3:8 I have knowledge of your works see, I have put before you an open door which may be shut by no one, and that you have a little strength, and have kept my word, and have been true to my name. Rev 3:9 See, I will make those of the Synagogue of Satan who say they are Jews, and are not, but say what is false; I will make them come and give worship before your feet, and see my love for you. (I wanted to end with this scripture because it says it all. God has knowledge of your works for your marriage, and He puts before you a open door which may be shut by no one, not by your spouse, not by some judge, not by satan himself. If you keep His word and be true to His Name, He will make those who oppose you and Gods law come and worship before your feet and see His love for you, His reward to you. It is assured brothers and sisters. Your spouses may mock you now, but in the end they will hold you up and they will see that God honored your desire and not theirs, and through you they will experience the reality of God and His law and truth).

Do not let yourself be dismayed or discouraged, fight the good fight, run the race, endure the long suffering, believe not with your physical eyes and ears, but know that this word of God you have read will manifest itself in your situation, and your spouse will suffer by the hand of their own sin, and will be turned back from that sin, and you will be rewarded with two fold blessing when that happens. Do not ever give in and give up, but endure as His grace is sufficient to carry you through this, and He will be true to His own word. Just wait on Him and His timing, for it is perfect, and He is in control and will not let you fail, will not withhold your reward from you when His time to release it has come. Live each day in joyous expectation, relishing all that you have gained from God in His allowing this trial to come upon you. Feel honored that He felt you to be as able as Job. God uses all things for the good for those that He loves, and He loves you. So just go with the flow of God, and know that this is a test, one that you can and will pass, and will be richly rewarded for. All my love to you and I am praying for your faith and endurance to the end.
