We join you in prayer for this need and we bring your loved one before the Lord asking Him to provide a good primary care doctor soon. We know how important it is to have faithful medical care and we trust that God cares about every detail of our lives and our health.
We are reminded that God is our healer and our provider. He says in Jeremiah 30:17, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. And in Philippians 4:19, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We also take comfort in Psalm 46:1, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. When we seek Him we can trust Him to open doors, for Jesus said in Matthew 7:7, Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. And in James 1:5 we are told, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him, so we ask God for wisdom to find the right doctor and for wisdom for that doctor to provide good care.
We pray together now. Father, we lift up this loved one to You and we ask in the name of Jesus that You would lead them quickly to a compassionate and competent primary care doctor who is available and accessible. Guide every phone call and appointment request and remove obstacles. Provide favor with office staff and insurance and open a door that no one can shut. We ask You to watch over their health in the meantime, to grant peace while waiting, and to give wisdom and discernment in choosing the right physician. We trust You as the great physician who works through the hands of those who care for us. May this doctor be a blessing and may Your healing hand be upon this dear one. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to keep seeking diligently, to call and follow up, to ask for wait lists and referrals, and to trust the Lord's timing as you wait. Cast your anxiety on Him in prayer as we are taught in Philippians 4:6, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We gently share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name. In Romans 10:9 it says, If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is in His name we pray with confidence and hope.
We will continue to pray with you for this open door and for health and peace in the days ahead.
